Excellent all the way around! The wait wasn't too long. Service was awesome. The food was amazing! We both had the Colorado omelet with blueberry pancakes and a side of home fries... so so so delicious! Half went home for the next day!!

It was not crowded when we arrived. We were two of four people eating. Which made it a great atmosphere to talk in a normal voice and not be disturbed by other people's conversations. The food came out hot and fresh.

A perfect place for connoisseur. Famous for delicious and freshly baked pancakes. You might have to wait as it is much occupied over weekends. You could try salads and egg whites as well. Please find the pictures.

Great food, amazing new menu and friendly staff. I checked the reviews after leaving mine and saw a bunch of negative reviews. I’m not sure why. The menu looks really appetizing and when the food they came out matched it perfectly. Shaina what is accommodating and extremely helpful. The best IHOP we’ve eaten at in the area.

Edit 8/31/2023: Their site says they're open 24 hours on Saturdays, but I went here just after midnight and they were closed. Adding a star back because the owner contacted me quickly and ensured their hours were updated to be accurate. Tasty pancakes and good, friendly service.

The best place for break fast. Love their pancakes and coffee. My first pan cake ever was at IHOP. The place is clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable. I have been too IHOP in different cities but this one holds a special place.

We got take out, haven't gotten the food home yet, but the girl taking orders was just a total sweetheart. I think her name was Amara. She had us laughing the whole time we were waiting and she had a great attitude. So the stars are all for her excellent service.
