Authentic Polish Food. Seven Roses Deli in Slavic Vilage has great salads, good selection of cold cuts, fresh baked breads, and the best apricot cheesecake on this side of the puddle. Every time I'm in Cleveland, I make a trip to Seven Roses for lunch. Eating their soups feels like home (Warsaw) to me.

Great choice at buffet menu. Everything delicious. Calm, warming atmosphere and smiling "grandmothers". And everything for just 15$.

Such a delightful, beautifully decorated old world restaurant. The food was amazing especially the potato pancakes, the stuffed cabbage, noodles and meatballs. The cookie platter finished the buffet meal perfectly. Highly recommend this gem of a eatery in Slavic Village. Plus they carry other sweets and meats.

Been going there for years most recently for Sunday Brunch buffet. This has to be one of Clevelands best kept secrets. The food is excellent. Traditional Polish dishes/choices. Staff is great. If you speak Polish you will have others to converse with. If you are thinking of going I know you will enjoy yourself!

Unbelievable home-cooked food that rivals similar restaurants in Chicago or even Poland. We stopped for the buffet and the food was fresh and delicious. Would recommend Seven Roses to anyone wanting real Polish food. It is definitely worth the drive. We came from Columbus while visiting from Denver. Their selection of Polish meats, chocolates and candy was equally impressive (we spent $200 on it). As Polish as it gets.

Service is very friendly. Lot's of good Polish food home made. Great food to purchase to take out.I love the bakery, Polish candy, and fresh baked breads and they have a restaurant with great Polish food. I buy my Kielbasa fresh and smoked which is also made by the owner.

Authentic with a capital Yay! Excellent home-style Polish cooking and a very fine selection of deli items, eastern European groceries, and fresh bread and pastries. The owner is usually at the front counter and staff are all so warm and kind. They even accommodated a couple of vegetarians! Make sure to grab some fresh cookies to take with you before you leave, because you'll probably be too full to eat them right away but you'll want them later.

Wow. Everything was good. I'm not a fan of cabbage, but the cabbage soup was excellent. I had the best sauerkraut in my life here today. The buffet is $8.99 and it's all you can eat of delicious, fresh food that tastes home cooked.

One of the most authentic Polish experiences outside of the home. I've been dying to find a good Polish restaurant on my "mid-west" travels, and I heard Cleveland is known for its Polish community. So, to the Slavic Village I went. I was greeted by a lovely lady with a thick Polish accent as soon as I walked in. She took me to the buffet and explained each dish. My mouth started watering when she showed me the Golumpki (guamke)! This was a traditional dish my Grandma used to make. It was just as delicious as my Grandma's, even though it was of their own creation. I was going to sit by myself, as I was traveling solo, but just like traditional Polish folks do, they invite you to their table like it's some big feast. I was graciously welcomed by a couple of regular customers and indulged in amazing conversation. The table next to me was full of Polish talk. It reminded me of how we ate during my childhood at Grandma's house. Later during my meal, I was surprised by the owner? a couple of extra dishes to go along with the buffet. She had given me home-made Italian wedding soup and home-made perogies - oh, wow - the best I've ever had! These "extra" surprise dishes change up on an almost every-day basis. Sometimes they have duck blood soup, borscht, pickle soup, etc. The front of store has many treats, candies, Polish soup/spice mixes, and other goodies you can take home with you - so be sure to check them out! The inside and outside of the restaurant were traditionally decorated - even the restaurant sign was in Polish. This is a more low key restaurant - so, it's not typically too busy or too touristy. It's the real deal. I highly recommend Seven Roses and will be back!
