Food is always excellent, we’ve gone many times over the years. Everyone is extremely kind. Prices have gone up but you get so much food. One meal will easily feed 2 people and still get left overs. Worth every penny. We’ve never had poor service or poor food.

My son and I came here to eat at the table where the grill is, and unfortunately, we learned we needed to make reservations (next time). However, we grabbed seats at the rotating sushi bar and had a pleasant experience. Make sure you pay attention to your check, because we got the bill and I looked it over and something was charged that we didn't get, I brought it to the employees attention and it was fixed, I felt it was a lot cheaper then what I had expected. Overall, we will be back. My son said it's his new fave spot. 😃
I have been coming here the last 12 years and I have never had a bad experience. I'm obsessed with Fujis lol. Sushi side is my absolute favorite but the grill side is good too.

Happy Valley, I can see why this spot is so busy! This place was on my list and I’m glad we made the trip! From the moment we walked in and throughout our dining experience everything clicked.
Service was great - from our table request, to taking our order, to delivering our order in moderation and not all at once.
Food was what we expected since it was busy! Kudos to the Sushi Chef’s for working under the gun and still managing to deliver us presentation you should be proud of!

Exceptional food and service. Delicious and beautiful sushi that is still reasonably priced. The chef does not only create delicious rolls, but makes them into works of art- our taste buds and eyes were very pleased. They even had gluten free tempura :)

Best food and drinks in the area. Perfect for everyone, as they serve much more than just sushi. Prices are extremely fair considering everything-from their famous fuji's sauce to their vegetable fried rice- is made fresh from scratch!
Fuji's has been my go to sushi place for at least 10 years. Consistency is key and it is always good here! I bring friends and family here quite often to give it a try! Really enjoy the fresh sushi train and I've even experienced the grill side a few times!

Excellent atmosphere for the start to a Friday night. Good drinks and good service. Super friendly chef. Down side tonight, the Scallops.. they were extremely fishy tasting, to the point that the people at my table who all ordered them, couldn’t eat them. Even after having the chef throw them back on the grill for 5 more minutes.. still tried to eat one (the 1/2 one on my plate), and still no good. Hopefully it doesn’t ruin my night with my stomach.
Great place. Has a conveyor belt and two hibachi tables. Not much space for seating so go early. Our kids love the fried riced and we love the sushi rolls.
The sunny side roll (minus the cream cheese) was really good. The spicy sauce is fantastic, make sure you get a side of it to put on everything! I would skip the salt and pepper calamari, we ordered it and it was not edible, it was extremely dry and the actual calamari was so hard I couldn't chew through it, they did the right thing and removed it off the bill though. So I only took 1 star off for it.
