Angelica was AMAZING!! She was super sweet and patient because we were on the phone. Our food came out fresh, hot and tasty!!

Had a wonderful night out! All of the servers were super nice and we loved Ashley. She was on top of it, making sure we were ready and checking in. I definitely needed a minute deciding! The food was phenomenal, we took dessert to go.
We love going to outback! Our last visit was at the Kenwood location. Everything we ordered was delicious. The manager- Megan Reeves, came to check on us and made sure we were happy with our food and service. Highly recommend any of the desserts- even if you need to take it home.
Best food and experience I’ve had an outback in a long time. Tamara was an amazing server and took care of all of our needs with urgency. You can definitely tell she loves what she does! She’s a keeper! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, after so many bad ones at another location.
Our server Angelica was AMAZING. She checked our order before bringing it to us and Chelsea the manager brought us a sample she merely overheard me talking about. For sure I’ll order that next time.
We went for a late lunch, my hubby oreded a beer and I a wine and a blooming onion. The blooming came out before we got our drinks.the blooming onion was dark and grease. Hubby ordered a steak and shrimp with over the top brussle sprouts. I ordered never ending potato soup and strawberry salad. Every thing was hot the salad was fresh. The steak was cooked right. The brussle sprouts was very good. I had to wait for a glass of wine. It wasn't very busy. They did take the blooming onion off the check. Thanks
We came in at 10:20 after sitting at the bar next door at Red Lobster for over 10 minutes without ever seeing one employee. The food was good. Great, really, if you consider how late we were eating. We sat at the empty bar even though the entire bar hadn't been wiped down at all. Our service was ok. She was friendly enough. We had to get our own silverware, and prebussing was not a thing at all, which is a big deal to me. We had to ask for each and every thing, like salt and pepper and steak sauce, but we ultimately had everything we needed. I got the feeling she would have been great if it weren't so late.....
People who have a horrible experience are more than willing to voice their displeasure by submitting a survey to management. And I agree that a poor survey may be warranted in some cases. However, I also feel that I owe it to a server who goes out of his/her way to ensure we have an exemplary experience while visiting their restaurant. Such was the case this evening for my wife and me at the Kenwood (Cincinnati) location. In addition to a generous tip that I willingly left, I believe Marcus O. deserves to be recognized by management/corporate for his terrific performance and great attitude he displayed to us as well as EVERY OTHER table he was responsible for this evening. Great service, great attitude and we were fortunate to have been seated in his service area. Thanks, Marcus. You are special and we certainly hope you receive some sort of recognition from management/corporate for a job well done. WE SHALL RETURN! 👍
It’s Outback. What can I say? You get a decent amount of food. Is it the best steak ever? No, but it’s cooked as ordered and the sides are pretty good. It’s a fairly inexpensive meal out. The wait staff is always attentive and willing to do what it takes to give you a nice night out.
So, when you just want to get out of the house and leave the cooking to someone else, Outback it is.
