We visited Sunday afternoon after church. Not extremely crowded, reasonably priced and delicious food! We were in and out rather quickly with a nice server. We will go back!

O'Charley's Symmes location has always served a good hamburger and known how to deliver a flavorful steak to the table as ordered. Comparable to local Applebee's in menu, food quality, service, dining room atmosphere and pricing, it's sides are a bit less imaginative, but a bit more generously portioned.
If you like chains like Applebee's and TGI Friday's, you'll probably like O'Charley's too.
Getting Better. I used to be a fan of O'Charley's and then they went down hill. Either they are making a comeback or this location is just on the ball. The food was still not outstanding but the service was excellent and the prices and portions good.
Better than I expected.. It's been a while since I made it here for food. I've had a few beers after work there but don't recall the last time I had a meal at O'Charley's. I'm happy to say it was good. If I were to group it with similar restaurants I would say it is much better than Applebees but not quite as good as TGI Friday's. I had the french dip and a cup of the potato soup for lunch and I was pretty full. I could see myself going back again to try something else.
Our food was pretty good but the amout of food served for the price wasn't the best. We felt over a little over looked sitting in the booth in the bar area. We still left a generous tip. Happy New Year!
Ordered a chicken club keto style, no bread. Asked if they could wrap in lettuce. Derrick in kitchen did an excellent job. So did Eva putting in the order.😋
Better late than never. From 3/19... Location was definitely under staffed. Which we were fine with, we weren't in a rush. Our server Luke, was amazing! Great personality and provided great customer service. He even stepped in to help a table that wasn't his when they weren't happy with their server; they thought he was the manager. We would return to this location for sure. Especially if we get to be taken care of by Luke!
Amber and Luke made it so that I could go home to my family for Christmas Eve, no exaggeration. At night, I somehow got a flat tire, and was able to pull over in the parking lot. I went inside to let them know I may have to have someone drive from pretty far to help me out and that that’s why the car was sitting there, but Amber immediately offered to help out because she had the tools in her car. Mind you, it is 13° outside. Fast forward half an hour, and I have my spare tire on, Amber, taking lead with Luke at her side, and me learning along the way, thankfully following directions. All the while their tables were happy, the team inside was also helping them out. I’m now able to make it home, just a little bit slower than before. I’ve always liked the restaurant, but the service went above and beyond and I’m overwhelmingly grateful…they have people with hearts of gold on their team.
Pulled in hoping to catch a sit down meal since my schedule has me eating mostly on the Go...walked in straight to the bar and grabbed a seat. Ordered the Fish & Chips. Rolls weren't ready but they brought some out as soon as they came out of the oven. I gave 4 stars for the food because the rolls were tough and the breading on the fish was thick. It was crispy but there was a lot caked on and eneded up peeling some off the fish. Over all not bad. Service was good...no complaints.
The food was ok but we had a birthday party for a friend our party was 12 people and our server Luke was the best we have ever had. He was so personable and learned everyone’s name. Order was right and everyone got what they ordered. I can’t say they good was great but I will go back because of Luke.
Updating my review. We had a bad experience however O Charleys reached out and made it right. We went back again randomly on a weeknight and have to give props to our Server Amber! She had no idea we had a bad experience before and we said nothing until the end but the service was quick, polite and everything was great! Don't let one bad experience keep you away. They are working hard to improve their staffing issues.
This was our first time coming here and I must say the food and service was absolutely amazing! We will most definitely be coming back when we are here again. Our server was very friendly and fun to talk with and easy to joke around with! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and tables are evenly spaced wasn't all cramped around each other. The restroom was also very clean and big.
Went there for lunch on Wednesday with my sister. The sever I believe her name was Kari gave us excellent service the food was delicious. We got a to go order also it wasn't made properly she went and got the manager who corrected immediately. I believe her name was Kym. Need more workers like them they definitely made it a great experience and we will be back.
It's not bad. The food is pretty good, a lot of deep fried stuff on the menu though. They did get our order wrong and fixed it fairly quickly.
