Wife wanted wings, and I remembered reading about this place. She got bone in wings and I got boneless. Really good, will definitely go back.

Best food in town at a reasonable price especially considering the jack ups most high quality food places have been doing lately

First time having CHICKEN ON THE RUN!
I had CHICKEN CORDON BLEU SANDWICH & FRIES, and the TURKEY & BACON CHEF SALAD for lunch. I was blown away, was not expecting this great meal. The huge serving of FRIES were piping hot and not oily. I like that they were UNsalted so I could lightly dust myself. They provided lots of salt and catsup on the side. The CORDON BLEU SANDWICH IS INSANE!!!! I'll take this over ANY fast food restaurant overhyped chicken sandwich!!! It did not have a giant bun to make it appear big. The bun was perfect! The hot CHICKEN, HAM, and MELTED SWISS was amazing!!!, even without mayo or the little cup of mustard provided on the side. Liked that I could add a touch of each myself. The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned. TRY THIS if you are considering any of the big chain chicken sandwiches!
Saving the salad for dinner.
Can't wait to try their other options!

Chicken on the Run is your typical neighborhood place for drinks and casual food. Wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads are the typical fare. The staff is friendly and efficient.

It's your typical neighborhood bar/restaurant. The people are very friendly, the food is good, and the prices are cheap.

This place is pretty great. It's a bar. Food is better than regular bar food but u can still tell its bar food.
We didn't realize it was a bar when it was suggested to us and took our baby. They are not baby friendly. There is no changing table, though they do have car seat slings available, which I didn't understand. Was glad they had it though.
Place was pretty crammed and lots of bar language even at the weird late lunch/not quite dinner time of day. It took a while, probably about 10 minutes, for our server to come greet us at the table. Took about a half hour or so to get food. App came out same time as entree did. Place wasn't spotless but wasn't filthy. I was a little leary of the bathroom, but I think it was just dark and stained.
Parking was easy, but having a handicapped spouse, there weren't any spots available for him at that time making it difficult to get in and out. Would not call it an accessible place at all.
The people seemed friendly. Everyone seemed to know each other. They all noticed us and were friendly with us as well.
Fair prices, good portions and would go again sans baby.

First time there and was not disappointed. The BBQ Bacon Burger and fries were delicious.

We were craving a good burger, and my husband found this place so we gave it a go! When we showed up on a Friday night with our two kids, we thought we might have chosen the wrong place, but we were pleasantly mistaken! There is a bar as you walk in, but they have more dining area once you get past that. The food was great, better than the online reviews had suggested! There is a game room and tvs to accommodate different people's needs, and the service was great as well! Our family is far from picky, however we tend to like some places better than others, but this is sure to be added to our regular rotation! I can almost smell the food all over again just thinking about it!

The food was excellent, our table enjoyed various menu items. The grilled chicken salad portion was generous. The fish sandwich was a standout along with the sidecar fries (battered and fried potato spirals). The wings, both regular and boneless, were delicious with tasty sauces that didn't drown the wings. Onion rings were beer battered and also delicious. There is a full bar and they serve Coke products. The staff was kind and helpful, making good recommendations, but like many places, they were short staffed. In spite of this our food arrived hot and relatively quickly. Parking was sufficient but i suspect it is tight during peak times. This isn't a fancy place, but the food was great and we are looking forward to returning. If we lived in the neighborhood, we'd be regulars.
