I'm a visitor to Cincinnati, and I have had ice cream MANY places in this country (and around the world). It is no exaggeration to say that this was definitely in the top 5 ice creams I've ever tried. I had the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip and the Black Cherry Chocolate Chip... both were excellent. Graeter's also has a bakery with yummy cookies, and also some other fun treats (candies, birthday cards, t-shirts, and so on). The name "Graeter" is quite appropriate! Don't miss it....😋

Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is my favorite flavor. The chips are huge, they should call them chunks.
They currently have Peppermint Stick, it is only Available Late November through December Only.
The Bakery Goods look great. They must have had about a hundred pre-orders for Christmas waiting to be picked up.
Delicious ice cream! Was able to have a Sundae for the first time in years, and Graeter's did not disappoint! Excellent selection, many great flavors, very nice and patient employees. Store also had fresh baked goods (cookies, pies, bread) and various chocolate options. Well worth a visit! 😋
Best ice cream. Also celebrated Veterans Day with free cones to Veterans. So great for my husband....army veteran.
The ice cream is obviously pretty great - to include this one dip Boldly Bearcat sundae. The 5 stars is for the service - absolutely fantastic, friendly, and patient. Thank you again!

Tonight around 9:15 we got 2 shakes. Small and Medium. They were the same flavor. I got my shake and left. I turned on werk and was halfway down the road when I though a chocolate chip chunk got stuck on my lip. I tried to bite my lip to pull the chocolate chip into my mouth. Little did I know I would have a staple in my mouth. I went back as I was only 3 mins away. ASM made me a new shake and was very nice. She took the staple and put it off to the side for “manager to see”. Was hoping she would take my number so manager could call me and let me know why the staple was in drink. Glad the staple didn’t cut my lip.
Every time I visit this location I am greeted with a smile, and helped and checked out in a timely matter. The staff is very nice and polite. I came for the winter mix tea cookies, and I put together a little treat bowl for my friends and family to enjoy! I will continue to come to this location when I’m the area!
My husband and I visit this Graeter's once a week for breakfast. Everyone is very good and polite .We sit and have our breakfast here at the store. I miss the french vanilla cream packs that was once available for my coffee. Now I bring my own french vanilla cream from home.
Kudos to the young staff for going above and beyond. I took my family to get ice cream and left my wallet. A staff member found me on social media and sent me a private message that they had it. I am so thankful. There are still good honest people in this world. Also, the ice cream isn’t so bad either. Boldly Bearcat for the win!
Delicious treats as always. I may not be from Cincinnati, but my kids are and we all love it.
