I had a wonderful brunch experience at the Teller's of Hyde Park. I ordered the Banana Foster's French Toast and it was absolutely delicious! I was able to have a couple bites of their Chicken and Waffles as well and it was incredibly tasty as well. The service was exceptional, and the location (inside a bank) is unique and made for a fun experience. Overall, I would highly recommend coming for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you'll not be disappointed!
My first time, and I will definitely come back.
The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to recommend a better seating for our lunch reservation than we had originally chosen.
I love the menu choices. Not too many options, but something that could please anyone. I liked that they had a lot of Cajun dishes. I'm not sure if that is a consistent menu theme. It did take a little long to get our food, but not terrible. I hope to be back there soon.
Went before the dinner rush. Made for a quiet, delightful dining experience. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. And the entrees were delicious.
I have been here a few times. Food quality is pretty consistent. Nice ribeye and filet. The service was good, dessert is awesome.
I was looking for a good brunch so after the race and was not disappointed. Delicious food and the house-made Bloody wasn't bad, either.
I haven't been here in a year or so. Why did I stay away so long?
I was very surprised and pleased with the menu. Lots of salads, pasta and sandwiches to pick from and the Bloody Mary options were very innovative. I had the Cajun Fafalle. The cream sauce that blanketed the shrimp, sausage and chicken was flavorful and not too heavy. I totally enjoyed it and the lunch portion was plenty to eat and take some home for dinner. Our Server was attentive and made sure we had all we needed.
I won't stay away for long again.
Nice atmosphere! We sat on the upstairs patio and it was very nice! Pizza was very good and our service was good! Very good selection of wines. Would recommend for nice or casual dinners with friends and/or families! Used to be an old bank so the atmosphere is pretty cool and historic!
A great stop for brunch! We had a great meal at Teller’s! Each of our orders was fresh and well prepared. Very friendly staff, and plenty of beer options for those interested. The closest parking is behind the building in a paid public lot, but a short walk away. I like how they set the atmosphere as a bank, from the bank vault and teller windows to the deposit boxes as condiment holders – it’s well thought out.
We came with a party of 17 for drinks and appetizers with no reservations. They bent over backwards to accommodate us. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. We had chicken quesadillas, creole shrimp, and buffalo chicken egg rolls; 3 servings of each and was plenty for all of us. The waiter kept our drinks full and we left very happy. I would highly recommend!
Good brunch!
A group of 4, we were seated immediately on a Sunday morning after first trying 2 other places in the area with 45 minute wait times. All of us enjoyed our food, and service was attentive and appropriate. Highly recommend the breakfast pizza!
