We had a great experience. Sydney our server was friendly, attentive without hovering and took care of us. Our group had Brussels spoouts, naked wings with the sauces on the side, chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the blackened salmon. The portions were all shareable. I asked about Two of the special martinis, the one I ended up ordering I liked the other Sydney told me (she’s to young to drink) that every one she had served had been returned so she advised against it, thanks for the heads up! Can’t wait to go back again.
Love this place! The staff, the food, the patio...a great spot for any occasion.
We are new to the area. We were looking for a restaurant to have a semi-private dinner for 10 after a baptism. This was perfect! They sat us in the back, which could be closed off for a larger party. Service was great. Food was yummy. Definitely reasonably priced. We will be back!!
We had a great luncheon with old Co workers. Food and service was excellent. We were there over 2 hours so we made sure the tip reflected our taking a table for that long. We will definitely return. The cod rueben is super, and awesome gotta balls...can't get those any place else.
This is the first time in a very long time I found something new. I had the goetta new to me and very good. Everything on the menu was very good and the service was excellent. When I go to a restaurant I usually ask for a taste of the wine I plan on drinking. They brought me a taste it was good so I ordered the wine. The presentation of the appetizers and the food was spectacular.
S/O Grove Park Grille on Kellog Ave! 10/10 🔥experience and food our waitress Chelsea was THE BEST, so nice great service. definitely will be back soon! And they are pet friendly 🐶
After one of my son's many soccer games, my family and I stopped in for lunch at Grove Park Grille. They are located on Kellogg Road east of Coney Island just before Kellogg runs into US-52. Tables are available inside and out, with plenty of space for even the largest groups. My family of four was seated right away in a booth, which was perfect for us.
We started with the crispy Brussels sprouts with shaved Parmesan and Sriracha aioli on the side ($8.95). The Brussels were wonderfully fried and I really liked the sauce. We were off to a great start!
For lunch, I had Coleman's Farm chicken salad, which is a bed of grilled romaine hearts, cherry tomatoes, and roasted sweet corn topped with a chicken salad of braised organic chicken and candied pecans ($13.95). Wow, this was excellent! And the serving was very large. I had plenty to take home for the next day. This dish is highly recommended.
My wife had the California flatbread with roasted garlic, olive oil, goat cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, tomato, and avocado ($11.95). All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Another solid dish, but I much preferred the salad. Our kids enjoyed grilled cheese and curly pasta (both $5 with a beverage and side).
Food was fantastic! Not a place for a quick or quiet meal. They make most things as you order. Best roasted Brussel Sprouts.
Food was very good and the staff was very nice. We were kinda In a hurry and waitress was pretty good about getting our order and food fast. The Brussels sprouts are so delicious and will make almost anyone a veggie lover!
Alyssa J handled our party of 28 like a boss!
Everyone remarked how well their food was.
Place was nicely decorated to give us a great atmosphere while we ate.
It had easy access for our grandma and her wheelchair.
Truly something for everyone.
Good Food + Good Service + Good Atmosphere = I will be back
I’ve visited several times, twice by myself. The food is delicious. I Can personally recommend the pretzel bites, bacon-glazed salmon, meatloaf, grilled steak salad, and pork chop dinner. The service has always been top notch. The bartender has always treated me like a person and not just another tab. She gives great advice on ordering too. Overall, one of my favorite places on the east side!
Fantastic eatery. From making reservations to saying goodbye the staff was pleasant and professional. Our waitress, Richelle, did a great job taking care of us, gave great recommendations and had a great demeanor about her. I had the Reuben and carrot cake for dessert. Both were some of the best I've ever had. When deciding on dessert she shared with me that the owner's Grandma makes the carrot cake in a commercial facility and it was fresh and amazing. My wife had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and said it was great too. We will definitely be back as we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the ambience provided on the outdoor patio.
