Tucked away right inside the food court, they are one of the few eateries that’s still open pass 9pm in Christchurch city. Food is decent and the service is friendly and prompt. Short walk away from the city center but worth the trip if you’re looking for something to eat late at night.

Overordered but everything was really good. Had tacos, nachos and fried chicken. Serving was huge. Will order again next time!

Best Mexican in town, massive size burritos for a great price and fried chicken to die for. The staff is great as well, always big smiles and ready to help. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Stumbled upon Habaneros and have no regrets! Coming from the US where Mexican food is King, yet not having found something as delicious in NZ after 8 years here; UNTIL this place! I got the Lunch Combo Mexi Burrito (grilled 🐓 ) with Cajun fries and mild hot sauce. DELICIOUS 🤌🏼. Authentic burrito with all the goodness and the sauces and seasonings for both the. Hero to and fries on point. Looks like I’ve finally found my Mexica go-to in NZ! 🎉Enjoyed getting to meet the owner too and having a chat about his goals and mission.

10/10 would recommend! We got the large pulled pork burrito, a chicken chimichanga, buttermilk chicken AND pulled pork quesadilla… and every bloody thing was a party in your mouth!! Worth every cent too.
Definitely would go back for more… to be honest we are most likely going to be regulars now. Pictures don’t do the food justice…and also I was too busy devouring all the goodness to remember to take more pictures

Soft Tacos were amazing. Was really nice to be able to try different meats on either taco as well. Great staff and service too. Would definitely be a regular if I lived in Chrostchurch.
