Winchell's Donuts

Came to this location to buy a bagel at 10pm. I was told by the employee that Winchell's only sells bagels during the morning hours. So i decided on a cake donut and it was rock hard. I showed the employee who said "you come back in the morning if you want fresh donuts". Sorry new to the area but will never come back to this location.

Found this place on google coming into Ontario and when ordering a dozen donuts I asked if we can use restroom they had everything roped off they said because of COVID we felt that were very disheveled when asked an unsure if we can use it none the less there customer service was absolutely horrible I wouldn’t recommend go to Spanish grocery store behind them w full bakery awesome

Feb 1 2021 at 7am I bought a ham and cheese with jalapenos. This lady with attitude i order from to get my ham and cheese with jalapenos i recieved it with no jalapenos or cut in half. So I go back there and I told her that it wasn't cut and it didn't have jalapenos and she got all mad because i told her she didnt cut it and she said they dont cut the sandwiches when other places do. So why do they have her there to give shiity service she literally grabbed another bag to redo my sandwich and opened angrily when its obvious she cant take ORDERS. DON'T COME HERE BAD SERVICE.
