Louise shaking is really great and has to be one of the best take out places in Chino Hills and Chino and anywhere else. Will you always take out the family specials, and when I 1st tried it out, they had really good selections for the menu. The Caesar salad wrap was really great. Almost everything there is great as well . Most of all it is family run and there are extremely and wonderfully nice.

I was introduced to this place by a friend and I loved it! The staff is very friendly and I always get extra veggies because the manager knows I try to eat healthy. Friendly staff, really good food.

2 stars because food was pretty good. Service was not . The guy Cashier was Rude . 3 customers came in after us and they got their food first. One of them even came in 10 minutes after us and they got their food before us. I will not be going back .

Terrible service. Cashier was rude. 2 people got their food before I did and I only ordered 2 wraps which were basic in make and didn’t meet any customers satisfactory. Would never recommend this place to ANYONE.

My husband and I love the salads. Chinese chicken salad for me, Cobb salad for him. Also the cucumber and tomato salad is very refreshing. The chicken wrap is my other go to item. We've been enjoying Louise's for well over the last 10 years, when Louie and Marie were still the owners (RIP Louie💓)

Food is great but the manager the man is a complete jerk! He is disrespectful as heck by the comments he makes, and I will never go back. His wife is wonderful and super nice I would strongly suggest you talk to your husband about his customer service skills. I will never go back or recommend this place to my worst enemy and will not give this place a penny of my money again!
