I really wanted to love this place. When you go in, everything is darling—the decor, the murals, all of it. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got one ice cream shake and the box of six small deep dish cookies. The ice cream was delicious, so I might return for that. But I could not have been more disappointed by the cookies! Which is so sad. They were dense and dry. We heated them in the oven like the recommend and they find the get any softer. I love sweets, and I barely had a bite of each. I don’t know what they need to do differently, but the consistency was so bad it was like they’d been stale for days. I’m so bummed!

The concept is interesting "deep dish cookie" and the menu is robust. Helpful staff that can explain everything on the menu.
The reason for 3 stars was the actual cookie itself was average. Granted we did go in the evening, the cookie did not have that warm go-oey fresh out of the oven taste which is expected at a gourmet cookie place. It almost tasted more like a packaged cookie is the easiest way to explain it.
Worth giving a try but set your expectations

The sundaes are AMAZING. I live a healthy lifestyle but whenever I want to go all in, this hits the spot. What a perfect balance of a cookie and brownie-like treat with ice cream and candy toppings. It truly deserves an award or something, just wow. I do wish they’d keep the ice cream on top of the sundae like they did pre pandemic but it’s still good!

Joe is the BEST!!! Highly recommend this dessert spot. His creativity and engaging personality just make the desserts taste that much better. He always makes a point to celebrate my birthday when I come by and that is appreciated. The cookie dough is my favorite in the city!

I ordered 9 Deepdish Cookies and Oreo Shakes from this place via Ubereats for $25.
Their Cookies are super delicious and soft.
The Oreo Shake is not that sweet and good. I love that they wrap plastic around my cup and straw during the pandemic. Very thoughtful!
They made it super fast even though it's almost closing time at night.

This is my new favorite dessert place! They use Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream (the best and creamiest ice cream in the Midwest) and their shakes are amazing. It's super cute on the inside, and there's a few patio style seats outside.

The cookies are VERY thick and cakey, sometimes almost dry but always delicious. They are extremely filling and decadent but also have a great price for their quality. I get these delivered any time I want to feel fancy at home but don’t want to bake myself!
