Should be named wow bad. Portions were kid sized. The buns weren't flavorful just doughy.. Never again. I've had better Teraki Chicken in a Mall, who would eat this more than once. Gosh it was bad.

Wow bao is a great steamed bun place. Essentially all digital, you order from a tablet station, and pick up at an array of cubbies each covered by a translucent touch screen. A very cool experience, and simple. I've only had the steamed buns on their menu but they are excellent for a quick bite! An array of flavors, and in my opinion they knock it out of the park with both flavor and texture.

Best wow bao in the city. The service is really great and they care about the customers. I really like the two bao plus noodle salad combo

I tried out the food for the first time at work and the food was amazing! It’s really good and their ginger lemonade is so good. I would totally recommend this place.

Had a good experience here: great modern atmosphere and the food tasted good. The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately the food just isn't worth the price. My quinoa bowl was really salty (and there's no hot sauce lying around) and small. The baos tasted like they were prepackaged boas from a foreign grocery store. The food isn't authentic either. If the price were a bit lower id be happy with this place.

We saw only one girl there and we stood there for at least 5 mins and she did not acknowledge us at all even though my husband said hello! I've been there before and it was wonderful! Good quick easy food.

The best place if you want a bowl of soup

called to fix an order placed on uber eats because it didn't let us choose any options only "bowl" & "bao". Jonquel (spelling?) answered the phone & was extremely rude. she told me that i ordered wrong when i quite literally had the app open talking to her about it & told me she was busy so she couldn't promise she would get my food right, which like i get being busy but i paid $35 to get "bowl" & "bao".. no flavors.....
i am a 21 year old, sweet lil gay boy from podunk iowa who doesn't even know how to be mean to a service worker because i feel bad for them,,, i am them lmao gotta make money somehow...
like girlie, treat a customer with a tiny bit of respect. i get that y'all are busy but y'all couldn't even make my food because it didn't give me any actual options.... after the 3rd call back to confirm they got my order she finally let me choose options after getting ANOTHER attitude. she may have had a bad night but the mediocre food is not worth the money & the argument.
i'm not one to "can i speak to your manager" because normally it's not that big of a deal but get it together pls i just wanna enjoy some overpriced asian bread balls...
jonquil, if you read this... i hope your night got better but pls be nicer to people on the phone because u were a meanie.
