The store is located in the gallery 37 Mall in the lower floor, once you get off the center escalator go straight and it will be to your left.
It's a large restaurant that not only sells sweets but soup, sandwiches and beverages.
Since the El/Subway entrance and exit is located a couple of steps away this location has a lot of business and is very busy.
A lot of people will stop here for a cup of coffee and a pastry before continuing on to their job. There is a nice seating area here although the vast majority of people will just pick up an item to go.
Go straight into the restaurant and to your left you will find the display cases with the pastries they offer Bagels, brownies, cinnamon rolls, croissants, macaroons and cookies of different varieties.
If you're looking for coffee, soup or sandwiches go straight back to the counter where you can order and then pick up Your food at the end.
Check out is fast and easy and the checkout counters are located in the middle of the store.
Prices are reasonable and if you order more than one of an item there are some discounts available as I discovered at the checkout.
I got a really nice assortment of sweets for around $20.

The food here was decent and original. It was well-prepared and tasty. There are plenty of tables where you can sit and enjoy your meal.
I especially enjoyed a sandwich called Medianoche, which has bacon and other meat on a nice bread. It made a satisfying and tasty lunch.
Prices were reasonable, considering the Downtown location.

My experience was really two stars but it's honestly rated way too highly for what it is. Been here thrice and each time it's s been disappointing; service is lackluster - all the staff look incredibly put upon simply by wanting to order anything, took 6 minutes to put together a sandwich that has 5 ingredients. Food is bland and barely adequate, though outright bad considering the cost. Was a bit leery that soapy cleaning buckets with dirty dish rags that had been left to sit out on the counter next to the beverage machine. Kinda gross.

I pass there every week day at 6am. Why don’t y’all have bagels ready when you open at 6am. The sweet pastries can wait.6am your putting out cookies and everything sweet. I like to get breakfast first. The other manager always made sure bagels was ready.

Nice quiet place to have a meal. They have made to order as well as pre-made food. As their name suggests fresh baked bread and pastries.

I've gone a couple times and it's always the same ghetto people... they dont seem to want to work and are more worried about their convos to take orders... dont waste your time...
