The pizzas are great, meat lovers is my favorite one, the waiters are very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the set up is nice as well! 👍

Love their food! So happy to see their new location on Devon w modern industrial decor! Simplified menu & same delicious flavors! Like with any spot on Devon, finding parking can be challenging but they still offer curbside pickup & well worth it. Please get HFSAA Certified to accommodate everyone.

I have been coming to Italian Express since its first location on Western Ave, since 1990s. I order from them frequently and almost always have a problem with my order. Today when I called, I asked for "very easy cheese" and explained that it meant little cheese. When they showed me my pizza, I think they added extra cheese. I showed them my order ticket and they said that the people in the kitchen don't understand. I told them that they should then explain it to them. I'm giving two stars because the coleslaw is very good and I'm glad I ordered that.

I love the food and it is excellent but the cashier was rude and I had only 28 in cash and refused to use my card he literally made me pay in change. I have never been so embarrassed. I hope he learns how to run a credit card or they get employees that know how to do there job.

Horrible food. Ordered a thin crust chicken Tikka pizza and it tastes nothing like that. Just some chicken pieces tasteless with so much cheese, it was not at all thin crust. Ordered shawarma as well. One with rice , one with pita. Chicken was uncooked and it was the same chicken which was served in pizza as well. They served it with no side such as hummus, ganoush. For them shawarma means rice and dry chicken or pita and dry chicken that's all. Shawarma and pizza cannot get worse than this. The lady at the ordering counter mislead me about portion sizes and we ordered more than what would have been sufficient. And shawarma with rice costs extra as well which was not conveyed before ordering. On top of that they charge 15% surcharge on your orders included by default. I don't mind about price or service if atleast food is good but here food was downright trash.
This was the only restaurant open in the area, hence I had no choice but after looking and tasting the food we just had to throw everything and go back home with empty stomachs. Had to cook meals again at home.
All the reviews here are absolutely correct. I wish I had seen those before going there.

Been coming here for a long time, and the Frontier chicken was TERRIBLE. First of all we found silver in the food and that's just not safe to digest; we need for get some inspections done here. The Frontier chicken was sweet, fet like 35% was just vegetables covered in sweet sauce and not much rice which was mostly plain. It did not taste good overall.

Ordered a chicken item. It was obvious that chicken was microwaved. This place is only good for gyros and gyro pizza. Service has gone down hill. I shouldn't have to ask for utensils and condiments if im dining in.

There is an old lady sitting behind the counter and every second just watching people some kind of OCD.
When she got our order the French fries was refried and it was not fresh also she messed up the whole order.
I ordered double cheeseburger but she came with chicken sandwich when I asked she said you ordered this and you have to pay lol. Although it was not my order.
As long as I do food reviews going there was a regret.
