Had the Jimmy John's Italian sub OMG that sandwich just changed me and I grew up in Little Italy eating these subs. Jimmy John's has put Little Italy on notice and competing. My hat is tipped to the Hyde Park afternoon crew they have great energy and they make you feel welcomed. Beautiful experience will shop here again!!!

So it appears now Jimmy Johns is stealing people’s money. Put in an order at 7:52pm( they close at 9pm), order was submitted and received and money was taken instantly out of my account. I kept refreshing the page to track my order and it kept saying received. At 9pm order page finally stated Out For Delivery and Eat. But I never received my order. JIMMY JOHNS if you don’t deliver and/or take orders for delivery after a certain time, PLEASE state that in your disclaimer instead of stealing peoples money and wasting their time. I will be promptly calling your corporate office in the AM for my funds back.

Ordered at 8pm and food has yet to arrive (it's now 9pm).
Tried to call store and it's straight to busy or not available message.
I really like the daytime bike delivery guy; this is the second time no delivery has happened in the evening. thumbs down

The customer service I received from Alexis following a mishap with my order today was second to none. Alexis went above and beyond to make sure the situation was rectified in a timely manner. I have been ordering from this location for years and while I have never had an unpleasant experience, her assistance today was exemplary.

Went to get a sandwich at 6pm Wednesday 12/1. Cashier was eating something while taking my order, sticking her fingers in her mouth, no mask. Then she slowly started putting on some gloves to make my sandwich, tearing through one with her long nails. No hand washing. I asked for a refund, the manager told me my credit card would be reimbursed in 3-5 days, freaky fast. Hope they don’t make anyone sick with their lack of hygiene, but at least it won’t be me.

It was a weirdest sandwich I got delivered. Looked like they were out of bread, so for $33+ they brought me a sliced bread, instead of foot long bread.
Just regular wheat bread slices with sprinkles of lettuce, some untidily shoveled guacamole in between... Not recommended

Never again. The service here used to be great. Now, this location consistently delivers incorrect orders and asks residents to meet them in the lobby for deliveries, even when the ‘leave at my door’ option has been selected. The quality of the food has drastically decreased as well. Receiving a soggy, old sandwich is one thing, but the WRONG sandwich in addition to that is a complete lack of professionalism.

Sandwich. I've never had this at jj but can they make a ham turkey on white bread with lettuce tomato onions oil and vinegar oregano sweet peppers
