"If I could give 0 stars, I would." I don't even know what else to say. Horrible customer service, no regular size spoons, wanted a banana split and they said, "we can't do that" but there were bananas for individual purchase. A person in front of me wanted a glazed donut, and they didn't have any. I ended up with a double scoop cake cone with the 2nd scoop being about half size. No waffle cones. I could go on. Very bad. About 10 PM. Only 3 workers. There may be circumstances I don't understand, but generally a bad experience.

Went there and they didn’t have any ice cream, besides pints. Pretty much defeats the purpose.

Ordered a banana split. Girl asked the other how to make it. Second says they don't have the ingredients. I understand, it's hard to get a banana or find more when inventory is low. Tables are small, wobbly and unkept. Based on other reviews it's obvious the owner is absent and apathetic about running a good business.

Went there at 10pm. Waited in a short line before the shift changes and the new guy who took over said he wasn’t scooping ice cream because he didn’t want to. Waste of my time and Dunkin’s money paying him.

Baskin-Robbins is getting ridiculous, I've been to a few different stores, each time no chocolate icecream, like how ridiculous, and no signs letting you know, also didn't have mint chocolate chip. Not a fan of this joint.

Very nice, clean,covid compliant, friendly staff. First time ever using a kiosk in a Dunkin. Worked with no hiccups. Great place to get your coffee and doughnuts for your morning start downtown Chicago.

Good but icecream and shake was expensive and staff was not friendly it seems like thay are forcing the order rhey don’t wanna listen the customer what they saying overall was fair but not good and not impressive experience
