The last few times we've ordered from them it has been awful. Its a hit or miss. We've been going to them for 30+ years. The quality has gone down tremendously.
When expressing concerns on their Facebook page, comments were deleted and nothing was made right. Not the Fox's we know and love. Highly disappointed.

Pizza sent back twice service was okay will not return 2 hours to get a pizza and the restaurant spoke to both managers one was the owner and did nothing about it. Will not return. The manager said he would take it off the bill they never did they still charge my card.

I would give them zero stars. We ordered pizzas, then after we went to pick them up, we paid for them, THEN the kid at the counter told us they “forgot “ to make the order. They made us wait 20 minutes, then they offered us half-price for the next time, but there won’t be a next time. Hey Fox’s: don’t disrespect your longtime customers! Shame on you!

I ordered a pizza tonight and it was horrible. It was super thin and became one with the cardboard. There was hardly any cheese, and the pizza didn’t look appetizing prior to eating a slice. My boyfriend and I took one slice and we’re done. Pizza to the garbage. This was our last time buying Fox’s Pizza. We will stick to Giordano’s

This wasn't a good day for pizza. I ordered a individual sausage and cheese pizza. It took forever. The waitress said that the pizza was just taking along time for the cheese to cook 🙄.. It finally arrived . As soon as she placed it on the table you could smell a horrible smell.. The cheese looked weird too.. I called the waitress over and she agreed that something was wrong with the cheese. She offered to have another pizza made for me with fresh cheese or another option for lunch.. I opted not to since I already had been waiting forever and I was running late.. The waitress apologized and removed the pizza from the bill..
Although this was an off day at foxes I will give them another shot .. I've been going there or ordering take out for years.. I'm not going to give them up yet...,

I came this evening with a total of 3 adults & 4kids. My pizza order was made incorrectly. I notified the waitress immediately & the manager. I was told that the children couldn't eat the pizza & another would be remade.
Considering we already waited 50min already & they were hungry I asked could they eat some & a new pizza be made over. The manager declined, we picked all the sausage off and still was given a check to pay in full with just the sausage taken off.... I wasn't looking for anything FREE, but know this situation wasn't handled professionally at all.
I didn't want anything free, correct the mistake. A great manager/owner knows how to handle situations such as this....
1) Apologize 1st
2) Correct with I understand it takes a while to bake another pizza. Can the kids eat on appetizers for the wait.
3) We'll still bake another pizza to your liking
4) Heres a coupon or comp on another visit
5) Seeing that all the sausage was picked off & the pizza wasn't enjoyed, but just consumed out of hunger. Let us discount you for our mistake.

This place has a special place in my heart I have been eating from there since 1970 3 and the pizza makers have changed in the years it's always quite noticeable but when it's brought to the attention of management because the pizza is not the fox's Beverly Pizza I know it to be they never have a problem in compensating replacing and or attending to the concern that's when you know you are patronizing the right pizza place this pizza is the best in Chicago I love it

Most of the time we pick up our order, however last weekend we decided to dine in. It was cozy, the waiter we had was attentive, patient with our toddler by bringing extra napkins, coloring things, a spill proof cup and filled our water glasses before we even had to ask. Thanks for doing such a great job! Small actions like that make for return customers.

Pizza used to be good. Now when we get it, has been soggy crusts, ingredients slide right off pizza slice then only to have crust stick to cardboard round. Husband had a beef sandwich and was all grizzled and tough like it was microwaved. I never leave bad comments but I figured this needed to be said.
Hopefully management will see. Sorry the Orland restaurant much better.
