Portions were very generous. It cost about $25 for two people as shown in the picture. I am not sure if the amount of fries was more generous than normal but I was very happy. The pizza was pretty good and comparable to many similar large slice places like this. Cheese fries were great as well. The wait time didn't seem to take very long but it was not very busy at the time.

Delicious pizza on the pier. Was looking for deep dish pizza, you know, to add to the tourist checklist (not being a native Chicago person, but frequent visitor) found this place by accident. They have cheese fries too, which is awesome.

This was the only place to buy a single slice of pizza. I got the Pepperoni and Sausage, $5.99, a cup of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale $7.00 and a bottle of water $2.79. Pricing not bad except for the bottle of water Wow. Pizza was a large slice and pretty good, service was fast, line went quick. They warmed the slice in the oven before serving.

I had a slice of their cheese pizza $4.99 and it hit the spot. Nothing extraordinarily but good tasting, inexpensive pizza.

Kids ate a slice each for lunch and they all really liked it. Service was quick and accurate. Line went pretty quickly too. Line was much longer later on when we left but we were entirely satisfied with food and service.

I would give this place negative five stars if I could. The employees have the worst attitude. Honestly, they should just find a new job and stop being so rude to customers. A lot of tourists come here to Navy Pier, including me and my family, and to have such a bad experience here is unacceptable. They told us it would be 10 mins for our pizza and we waited about 20. My wife went to ask about it and the female employee wouldn’t even answer her question about the pizza. Then it turns out that our pizza had been sitting there for some time now and the employees didn’t even communicate that with each other. They should just go work for a garbage company since they like to treat their customers like trash.

Disgusting pizza.... I thought the pizza in the glass was on display, but they are actually selling it. Spent $6.68 for a slice of dried out, half cold slice of pizza. Completely stupid on my part when Giordano's is on the Pier. What a waste of money. They should be ashamed of themselves selling pizza that people will unfortunately associate with Chicago...a travesty really! First time and last time stopping here.

Saturday December 9th my 2 daughters ate at this facility with their boyfriends. It was the only thing they ate all day. And within hours they were all violently Ill. The 2 girls ended up in the emergency room that evening. severely dehydrated from all the vomiting and diareha, cold beyond control, so tired They could hardly hold their heads up. They had to have stomach meds and nausea medications before being sent home. They were diagnosed with food poisoning. I can only hope nobody else went through what these guys did after a very fun day spent at Navy pier. However please if anyone else did experience this. Please call in and report it. They need to know so that it never happens again.
