I ordered a toasted vanilla oat milk latte and the cashier thought they were out of oat milk. The man making my drink realized they did have oat milk and made it a point to ask the cashier why he was getting so many almond milk alternatives. He asked if I wanted oat milk and then cheerfully said, ‘Now you can have the drink you actually want! Have a nice day!’ It was very kind and thoughtful even though they were very busy. I couldn’t fully see his name tag but I think his name was DevonTa, working around 9am on 5/5/22. Thank you for the excellent service!

The pumpkin spice foam cold brew is my new falltime favorite! I do kind of wish they had more breakfast sandwich inventory. As I was ordering they literally ran out of almost all of the sandwiches and they were all from mobile orders! Seems like the folks standing in line at the location should have priority but I guess that's just not how it works. I would've gotten more if I had the chance!

Fast service but mediocre selection and sub par coffee

I stop to get a snack and I pick a small sandwich. 8.66, I said what? 8.66, what the heck, did you hired James Bond to slice the meat with a gold blade, who made this sandwich, a playboy model? No way, this is way over priced. Hasta la vista babe.
Stop paying overprice, SAY NO, THANK YOU, stop the overprice places.

Newly renovated space that replaced two small stores that had no seating. It's not the best layout, I don't like the little fixed tables with hard bench seating, but I do sit down briefly at times. They are pretty efficient. I really, really miss the 105 W Adams store that this one replaced (along with the former space in this building). Baristas are nice but I don't feel like I've gotten to know them at all.

New larger location and consolidated staff have made all the difference. I’ve been on a drip coffee kick lately. Whether I order from my desk in the building or just down the street on my way in, my order is almost always waiting for me. On the rare occasion it isn’t, a barista asks my name and order and I’ve got my coffee in a matter of seconds after that. YMMV, but I’m very pleased with the service here.

Hit the Starbucks on the way out of town and Devonta’s (sp?) smile and customer service made me wish I was a local. He knew pretty much everyone by name and gave each one a personal greeting. It was great to watch!

Starbucks is basically Starbucks wherever you're are. With the exception of some of the employees who actually enjoy their job or are really good at still being courteous to the customers. Depending on the time, be prepared for a long line and wait time.
