I paid almost 10 for 4 wings just to get all the way to work and notice that the food had been fried in really old grease..my sister took her order back to get a FULL REFUND the young lady said she didn't have a problem refunding my money as well (both orders were paid for at the same time) just give her (she said her name was Toniea and the owners daughter)a call I called more than 7 times to no avail I called the restaurant no answer at all..I will NEVER patronage or recommend this location to anyone!! It's just sad I have to go out of my neighborhood to get quality food and service

I never thought I would have to rate this place so low . I love the chicken and now so do most of my coworkers. But today was the day I can no longer patron this place. They are supposed to open at 11. Got there at 1130 the door is locked and there are people standing outside. You can smell the chicken frying so somebody's in there. Noone is answering the phone. A young lady walks up through the waiting customers and knocks on the door. Clearly she is the cashier. The cook walks to the door to let her in and we ask what time will they be opening he yelled he don't know and slammed the door. Nearly 10 minutes later it's now 1145 they unlock the doors. I order 2 orders of 4 wings. No hello no apologies. She had an attitude with us because she was late. Upon ordering she told me 10-15mins wait. I asked why when we've been standing outside in 90 degree heat and clearly there is chicken prepared because I smell it. I demanded a refund because I was not going to wait for the food and her attitude was horrendous. So sad that this is what we have to deal with in this community. My coworkers and I will not be back.

The cook had chicken and fries already prepared and took the same already cooked fries and chicken and placed them back in the grease re frying them. I asked him are you re frying already cooked chicken, hey replied yeah and then asked if I wanted it fresh. On top of that the cashier never showed up after her called for her numerous of times. I don't see how they got 4 stars. Never again, trying to fix me already co I ked food and ain't no telling how long it was already up there under the heated laps.

My cousin flew into New Orleans last night from Chicago. I told him I'm not picking him up unless he bring Harolds "best Christmas gift ever". I miss home. These wings caused me to break a year long vegan fast and its well worth it.

Attempted to get the Sun - Thurs 1/2 dark special 11 am - 3 pm and was informed the specials were over. However there was a sign in the store along with on the window of the establishment stating such special. This is false advertisement at this location.

My BFF wanted chicken wings and gizzards for her Birthday since we couldn't go anywhere. So she told me that 87th Sangamon was the best so I went there. I was highly disappointed in the orders. The cashier used the same gloves that she was collecting money to put the food in the bag. Contamination. Then they gave a handful of fries. Do better. For $8 I expect at least 20 fries🤷♀️

I drove from Milwaukee, WI just to see what all the hype was about. Very disappointed. The lady was so rude for no reason. I was so polite. Not a fan of sauce so ordered wings with lemon pepper. The chicken was unseasoned & they did not use lemon pepper even though I was charged extra for it. Not sure why they put a spoon of Cole slaw on 1 of the wings.

Came here before I went back to Philly after visiting The Chi a few years ago, they really took care of us here wrapped our our food up tight so we could take it on the plane and they were really cool folks. We appreciate it and whenever we come back we definitely going to stop there again.
