Lovely coffee / tea shoppe. Use a mug and get a free coffee refill. They serve intelligencia beans and homemade goodies. I tried the blueberry cranberry bread and it was heavenly. The staff is patient, friendly, and attentive. I felt right at home in this shoppe and think I found another favorite coffee house. Easily my favorite in this neighborhood. As a coffee roaster, I've explored hundreds of coffee joints, and this particular one lands pretty high on my list. There is WiFi and no shortage of outlets. Perfect for a study, a meet with a mate, a morning brew, or just an oasis from it all.

Sip Coffee House is my favorite café in the city! It has a well rounded vibe of comfortable, cozy, chill, lively, social, relaxing, but also work friendly. It is a great place to get work done whether you’re a professional, a student, or all of the above. It’s also just an awesome place to come and unwind with friends.
The coffee and tea selection are pretty extensive so you’ll find something for any taste bud. This is truly the epitome of a third place environment. Home away from home :)

Quick service, good coffeehouse music, lots of cool places to sit inside and outside. A very cute, comfy, and hip little coffee shop. They also have these cute little cat sushi figurines on their till, maybe that's what makes me love it so much, I dunno but the second I saw them I was in love with this place! :). Very unique little spot, love it! Latte was very yummy!

Very quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The beverage selection is amazing. Typical fancy coffee drinks as well as good coffee and a great selection is teas, like rooibos flavors, black green, and white flavors. Served in a tea pot with refills awesome. Definitely a great place to study for boards

We got our delicious hot drinks, an apple juice, I got a toasted ham and cheese croissant and she had a sesame seed bagel. Everything was QUALITY!! Very delicious, with a seating area in the back that was deceptively big, with very relaxing and chill music playing overhead. We both agreed our experience there was the perfect way to start our day. Starbucks is nearby...SKIP THAT, COME HERE!! You wont regret that choice!

What a fantastic place with plenty of room inside and out and delicious coffee. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter greeted me with exhubarance, and I was so surprised by her friendliness, I didn't know how to respond (since people aren't usually so friendly). It gets pretty crowded, and I can see why. A very good atmosphere overall.

Sip - always a reliably good cup of coffee and espresso. This was a mainstay for me back when good coffee was still something you had to look for in the city. I spent many days in this place studying in my school years, and I was back frequently for any relaxing R&R with a good cup of joe. The space is quaint, laid back and with plenty of comfortable seats. The backyard patio is great for the summer, and parking was never too difficult to find in the neighborhood. Plenty of nearby good eats as well for when your stomach starts to rumble, though they also have tasty snacks and treats.

Not Starbucks. I have nothing against Starbucks, but when my girlfriend needed a QUIET place to work, I took her to Sip across the street. This local coffeehouse is spacious and quiet, with excellent coffee. I hesitate to tell people about it so it will stay uncrowded, but I want to support their business. Just don't take my seat on the patio :)

Great coffee and vibe. Top shelf coffee. Cool original setting, including indoor and outdoor. One of the few places left in the country (unless you count New Orleans as America) that actually allows smoking (outside). No annoying password to get on the free wi-fi. Plenty of working electrical outlets. It has the best coffee house bathroom I've seen in ages -- roomy, clean, etc. And it is LOCAL (not a chain).

Wifi dream. Good tea (loose leaf), home made snacks, free wifi. And it's quiet. Really lovely courtyard in the back - for summer.
