Review Thai Grill & Noodle Bar - Chicago

Good food for great prices! I love a great neighborhood Thai spot and this place is it! Pretty chill decor and a good menu of rice, noodle, meat, and curry dishes. My friend and I got the Tom Yum Noodle soup with beef, pot stickers, and yellow curry. All were really good! The Tom Yum flavoring was different but delicious. The special soy sauce that came with the pot stickers was incredible, wow I would buy a gallon of it. Definitely want to go back to try out more dishes. Highly recommend for a chill dinner spot!

We tried a small Tom Yum soup, Basil Seafood entree, and Gang Pa Thai curry with the special combination that added an extra scoop of rice, veggie egg roll, and 2 pot stickers -- came prepared with BYOB. Cozy restaurant offered a very comfortable booth table for dine in, excellent service, and absolutely delicious food. Date night with more than enough to eat < $40 even after 20% tip.

This place is the best! I ordered pad Thai no eggs w tofu (I’m vegan) and asked for extra veggies and they gave me a ton! So happy đŸ˜‹ tastes amazing !

I ordered take out with Uber Eats before reading reviews. I have mixed feelings about the dishes I purchased. I don't remember ordering the shrimp rolls, but they were delicious. The chicken satay is good, and the peanut sauce had great flavor. The cucumber salad was pretty bland--needs more vinegar & sugar? The orange chicken is good, but no vegetables (I would have expected broccoli). The pad thai needs more flavor and doesn't seem to be pan fried. They give you a lot of noodles though! It's also missing vegetables. It was only noodles and chicken. The pad see ewe was pretty good. I have tons of left overs, including pot stickers, egg rolls, and rice. Luckily I have pad thai sauce from Target, so I plan to pan fry the pad thai and add broccoli, etc. I also plan to make fried rice with the left over rice. For the price, it's good; but, I would say there are some things they can do to improve the flavor of some items. I also ordered my food spicy, and it wasn't spicy at all. They did include some sambal on the side.

I'm leaving this review because the staff is really sweet! We came in a little early for our pickup order and they were quick to see about us, offer us water while we waited for only ten minutes, and even apologized that it wasn't ready yet when they really didn't need to. This kind of genuine customer service is rare AND the food is delicious to boot. The Pad Woo Sen Noodle dish and the Tom Yum are excellent!

Go To! I've been coming in regularly for the last 2 years to the point that some of the staff recognized me as a regular. This is the best Thai food I've had in this area, and the staff is super super nice. Awesome portions for the price and very consistent. The best!

Good Thai place in Edgewater! The service can be a little slow, but everyone there is friendly and helpful.

I Absolutely LOVED my pad Thai. It was perfect!!! Not to mention the owner and family were very friendly and the dishes, glasses and silverware were extremely clean. This is coming from someone who asks for plastic from restaurants. Thank you for the great experience! I will definitely be back.

This place has great, authentic Thai food. It's my go to Thai place. I've been to other places with a better ambiance but none with better food. One of my favorites is the basil beef. Their egg rolls and pot stickers are delicious too. And on top of everything, they are certified authentic.

Thai food is my favorite and this is the best Red Curry I've ever had! Authentic Thai food with great service. Highly recommend the Red Curry Chicken. My girlfriend and I ate for under $30 and that includes a fresh fruit smoothie and thai iced tea. Wonderful vegetarian egg rolls! Don't miss it!

This is great, cheap Thai food. I’ve never found bad Thai food in Chicago, but some of it is overpriced. The Thai Grill & Noodle Bar is not that. Plus, it’s got delicious bubble smoothies! The only problem I had with this place was I lived in the same building. I think I put on a few pounds from their Pad See Ew alone.
