Hey, your guy is back. I have been going to Home Run Inn from the time they first open their doors on 31st street and many more pizza joints.
They had gotten a 5 star due to service and presentation of their food and did not mention how good and hot the food was.
I NEVER SEEN A PIZZA SO WELL MADE AND PRETTY I HAD TO TAKE PICTURE.
THATS MY JOINT NOW....BRINGING FREINDS BACK.

I don't even know where to begin. The food was delectable and the staff was extraordinary. Nothing but great sweet caring workers who want you to have the best experience. Ordered the "Nicks Super" which was a supreme pizza along with Alfredo Chicken Pasta. The biggest 2 items that caught my attention the most were the boneless wings and their new "Golden Buffalo Sauce". The wings were fresh and tasted so delicious it melted so well in every bite. Highly recommend the Golden Buffalo sauce as it felt like a mix of buffalo and bbq with a hint of chipotle! Very cozy and welcoming restaurant. Definitely will be returning. 5 Stars!

One of the best thin crust pizzas in Chicago. I ordered curbside pickup. It took a few minutes for them to bring my pizza but they were extremely busy. I ordered a large thin crust pizza with extra ground beef, sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was good as usual, I would just hold back on the ground beef since it overpowered the pizza.

I wanted a slice of pizza so bad. I decided to come here. I ordered pepperoni and sausage along with some mozzarella sticks. I dine in. The music selection was great. I was so full off the pizza,I didn’t make it to the mozzarella sticks. The gentleman that took my order was very patient and pleasant. I will visit again 👍🏾

Pizza was average at best but their lemon pepper wings was everything the Big Man up stairs promised us. Not only what's the front of house host. Very polite. Very well organized so is our waiter we were waited on. Also by the manager. The manager may contact with everyone in the restaurant following up behind the waiter. I've never felt more welcome and more appreciated in a restaurant before. Just off service alone If I could I would give the restaurant 10 stars.

Went out for lunch and it was delicious even tho I ask for half sausage they told us they made our pizza wrong and if we want them to remake it they will. The Remade the pizza and gave us $15 dollar off for they mistake, however y’all gotta try the Bomb pop drink it was the BOMB

We ordered the wings, honey bbq and medium. Pretty tasty. Mozzarella sticks were very mediocre, just taste like heated up frozen cheese sticks, nothing special. The super fries were kind of salty but okay. We also got a large pepperoni (1/2) and sausage and mushroom pizza that was good. Overall I recommend the restaurant but it did seem a bit pricey for what we got and how the food was presented/actually tasted. What I mentioned plus a kids cheese pizza, for over $100.

My cousin who lives here recommended that we go here instead of beggars, and it did not disappoint! I ordered 12" Chicago Best Pizza to share with my sister-in-law. My wife ordered a 12" Pizza Lite (and added cheese since it's "Almost Cheese-Less") to share with our cousin. I also ordered some BBQ wings for an appetizer. Everything was delicious. All of my food was delicious! My wife said her Pizza Lite was great, but it was a little "wet" because of all of the veggies that they loaded on it, so she would probably leave off the plum tomatoes in the future to make it less soggy. We also added garlic butter crusts to both pizzas, but honestly, it wasn't necessary since the there really isn't a crust on these pizzas to begin with, so save that $2.50. Our server, Amanda, was excellent as well. Super courteous. There was free parking available. The restaurant had great lighting inside. We will definitely be back on future visits to the Chi.

The personal pan pizza's were good but something about the flavor of the spinach we ordered on the pizza was off. It made the whole pizza taste weird, maybe it was a bad batch of spinach.

Had not been to Home Run Inn for many many years. My best friend is a huge fan so I decided to treat him to his favorite place. Service was great, pizza was even better. Good job Home Run Inn of Beverly. Even bought a pizza 🍕 to take home from the $12 special.👍🏽👍🏽

This was my second visit i was very disappointed the waitress wasn't friendly the pizza order was incorrect i explain to the waitress how we wanted the pizza half and half cheese and pepperoni the waitress brings out half cheese half sausage I couldn't believe it then the waitress wanted to give us a small pan pizza of pepperoni when I ask her to take it back she went and got her manager I didn't get any apology of free dessert i was disappointed with the service from the waitreds and the manager the wait time was horrible we couldn't eat so once I paid I left a tip of 1 penny.

This is truly a 5-star restaurant with great food, wings, excellent bartender and great service. I have been eating Home Run Inn pizza my entire life and this place never falls short of amazing.
During my last visit, the manager stopped by my parties booth to make sure we were well taken care of. That's always a nice touch.
Will be going again, asap.

the food wasn't good at all salad bar was a mess waitress could not handle to tables our party of 4 and the next table of 8 we had to keep asking her for our food soup was cold pizza wasn't on point dark on oneside light on other we spent 100.00plus gave her a tip she didn't deserve but its ok want be going nack had enough second time i went in there an things wasn't right sorry its not for me Beverly going back to 31st and acher much better service Beverly needs help

I come here often. Mainly for the strawberry pecan salad and pizza. But today was the worst experience I have ever had. My pizza looked awful and I really didn’t want to eat it. Had to wait for a clean plate. My trash was left on the table in the napkin and she never grabbed it. I am totally disgusted with my lunch service today. You let me down HRI.

We ordered take out for a large turkey sausage pizza. The pizza was hot and looked great!!! However the turkey sausage was not seasoned at all!!! Kind of disappointed since I love their pizza. The crust, sauce and veggies were great. If you guys could just season the turkey sausage it would be perfect!!!

My first visit to an actual HRI restaurant....i may never eat frozen ones again! But frozen is our only option in champaign. Bartender/server was super busy but made us feel welcome and appreciated our business. Next time we head to Chicago we will return!

I love Home Run Inn Pizza. We always buy the frozen ones from the store. I figured I treat my kids to a fresh made pizza today as a treat for us to enjoy. The service was rough. I felt like I was being discriminated by another minority. This guy goes around to all his tables asking "You good?,you need anything?, can I get a box for you pizza?, all the while I'm steady having to call him over to my table. Then when I did he would stop where ever he was standing and (almost 6 feet away) say "yes?" Like it was to much for him to walk to my table and see what we needed!!! Then i order my son an apple juice, i tried to give him suffice time but , when we were half way done with our meal i had to ask him again. Then my sons wings come out and instead of him bringing them staright to us he sits them on the ledge and starts messing with the regester thats by the kitchen!!!WTH!! This is the first and last time I'll be going to this facility. SMH
