Much better experience than from the location in Evergreen Park. Staff greeted myself and every customer that walked through the door. Very pleasant experience with an extraordinary staff.

I don't eat at Potbelly's often but I was pleasantly pleased when I visited. The young sisters that were behind the counter worked so effortlessly and smoothly together. No complaints at all.

This is my favorite Potbelly in Chicago. This Potbelly churns sandwiches out like a factory! They juggle between loads of online orders and in person orders. They always have multiple people working and the staff are wonderful! Even if it’s busy, they’ll greet you and they always make sure your order is correct.
There’s also something special about this Potbelly. I’m not sure what they put in their sandwiches or salads but it just ends up tasting better than other Potbelly’s.

I ordered lunch on Active Menus. I ordered the Wreck and Turkey Breast sandwiches. I picked up my food from the Potbelly in Chicago, IL at 1459 W. Taylor Street. Awesome customer service.

I order catering for 20 teens from this place very often. Sandwiches are always fresh and well made. Thank you all.

Service was quick and great, food was good as always. No line for lunch around 12:30 midweek. Didn't know where to order though, but may not have seen the sign (go to the right when you come in). Drink cooler was less than half full though. $18 for half sandwich/salad, bag of chips, & small perrier water.

The employees were extremely friendly the whole time I was there, and they were very helpful with explaining the menu. Plus I forgot my wallet and they were super chill about it. My sandwich was also great, it was a awesome night dinner! They didn't forget any toppings either :) highly recommend
