Beautiful interior design and decoration

As for the service, the servers were quick to take orders and refill the water for us but we were not given bread while waiting for the food to come. We had to ask for it.
The food and dessert tasted good.
We like the oysters a lot but unfortunately it caused us bad diarrhea after that dinner.

First time here last night. Really excited to have an oyster bar close to the West Loop. Prices weren't cheap, but food was good. Hubs had the lobster roll - liked it. I thought it was odd that it was warm... I had the Tuna Poke. Tuna could have had a bit more flavor, but the avocado mousse on top made up for it - yum! Served with great taro chips.
Oysters were good - had a mix of east & west. $30/doz is more than I like to spend, but apparently on Mondays it's 1/2 price for a doz.
Dessert was the real stand out. Both the cheesecake and key lime pie were outstanding. If you love crust on key lime pie, order this! Really yummy.
Overall, with a couple martinis and tip, for two of us it was $150. Kinda steep for a casual weekday dinner, but I'll be back. Likely with a client. ;)

I had been here for lunch once and it was very nice. I was so excited to come for dinner with my husband. The menu is limited, which is fine because we could still find some nice options. It took quite some time for our server to come to us after we were seated and from our experience with our server at our table and the bartenders for an after dinner coffee, we found them all to seem quite rude. Not directly but lots of indirect, subtle things. We over heard them mocking a question we asked and basic customer service qualities were lacking across the board. The guy filling our waters grabbed the glasses at our table and others by the rim, where everyone puts their mouth, sure to spread whatever lovely bugs are floating around.
Food was good!

What a surprise! Picked this randomly based on reviews and location, and it turned out to be awesome! Food was delicious (we ordered off the Prix fixe) and the service was truly outstanding. All the staff showed attention to detail and really made the experience memorable. Also, nice views of the Chicago River from the back of the restaurant. Will definitely be on my list of places when I'm in the loop next.

I can't recommend Pearl Brasserie (previously Pearl Tavern) enough! Not once, but twice, they squeezed in a large group of 20 of us at the last minute. They were easy to coordinate with, very accommodating, and their service was impeccable. Everything we tried was delicious; I highly recommend their $35 3 course pre fixe menu. Also, who knew they had a hidden gem private patio on the river!?!? It was the most perfect place for my last dinner in Chicago before moving to Phoenix!

Really cool interior. I stopped in for drinks after work with a few friends and really enjoyed myself. This is definitely a dress to impress type of place and it seemed to be getting really busy. We actually had to leave by a certain time so the restaurant could keep its reservation. The drink prices were a little high - all in all cool spot though.

Today was my first time here. My sister and I went because she raved about it however her and I were both very disappointed with today's lunch. The frites were soggy and without salt. The mussels sauce was good with the bread but you couldn't taste the mussels because of the sauce. The cocktail was a great summer drink though the blue moon was kind of flat or the bottom of the keg. The lobster rolls were not buttery goodness and the bread was dry. A busser dropped plates and sauce into my lap which didn't bother me mistakes happen and luckily it went all over the napkin, chair and floor, she cleaned it but they did nothing for the issue. Very disappointed overall, may try again from my sister first review. But highly questionable.
