When passing through Chicago, we always stop to eat this pizza. First time at this location. We ate here our first and last day. Great service and friendly people. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean also. Wish we had a location in Texas.

So Lou's Pizza lived up to their reputation. I love the Salad and could have eaten two bowls if it.. Since grading pizza is so subjective I have applied a little structure to "Pizza Thursday" that helps you make up your own mind about this establishment.
The grading is 1-5... with 5 being the best or most.
Crust Thickness - 3 deep dish thickness. Enough to hold the contents of the chosen Classic.
Crust Flavor - 5 tasty with nice amout of butterery flavor
Cheese amount and elasticity - 5 stretchy.. plentiful
Topping quantity - 4 just the right amount and quantity with proper dispersion
Sauce Quantity - 2 but enough for what I like.. could have had a little more
Sauce Flavor - 5 very nice
Atmosphere Cleanliness - 4 nice with a cool motif.
Atmosphere noise level - 4 very quiet and easy to have a conversation
Day After - 4 it kept well and was still pretty good. The extra sauce would have been nice.
Comments: overall I grade Lou's at a solid 4.5 out of 5. Going into it, know that the deep dish takes 30 minutes to make. The Pizza was very good, and worthy of their reputation. As mentioned earlier, the salad was amazing. I WILL go back and try some of the other pizza's. Hope they put more sauce on it when I return.

Thank you for such warm experience! We arrived an hour before closing and the staff was so polite and welcoming though it was my bfs idea to set up a date last minute. I couldn’t complain☺️
There were serveral gluten-free options and it was also pleasant to see they had options for those who have dietary restrictions or just ordinarily prefer kosher dining experience. Overall it was a sweet experience with my boyfriend. It’ll be nice to return again some day

Juan was my waiter and he was awesome!! The entire staff here was great. Delicious food, speedy and attentive service. My nephew dropped his phone between the wall and booth and juan, michelle and one other gentleman did not give up on us and did everything in their power to retrieve the cellphone - hockey stick and all. I appreciate the above and beyond attitude from everyone here. A wonderful experience, quality food and stellar service. Thank you Lou Malnatis on Cicero MDW!

Overall solid experience! Ordered a thin crust pizza with giardiniera for pick up one night while I was in the area for work. It only took about 30 minutes to get it and was still hot and delicious when I got home! Would recommend!

Delivery service to Midway Hotel Center. Their ☎️ call-in customer service was responsive and helpful. There’s a delivery tracker if you provide your cellular #. Delivered timing was about 45Minutes but delivered to 3rd floor and pizza was hot. Thin crust S,P with Giardiniera. Pizza was a little dry but but it was thin crust and not unexpected. If you like sauce and ordering thin-crust, add extra sauce. Expect to spend $40+ for pizza delivered.

I Have Ordered From Lou Malnatis Since It's There, N Yesterday I Had An Incident Where My Pizza Order Was Late It Had Been There For A While Because The Driver Had Cancelled..I Was Upset But I Can Understand It Wasn't The Girl Or The Managers Fault..All I Said Was Well Whats Gonna Happen Since They Had Already Charged Me For No Pizza/Delivery And I Had To Go Pick It Up Myself Now...BUT Here's Where They Deserve Recognition Not Only Did They Refund Me ..Gave Me Fresh FREE Pizza Which Is Soo Good..Extra Crispy Is Mmm Mmm But They Also Gave Me A Coupon For Free Medium Pizza ...They Stepped Up And Had A Satisfied Customer Who Will Continue Ordering From Them..
