Their coffee is by far the best in Chicago. Came here after a recommendation from my coworker, and as soon as I took a sip, I was so surprised. It was as good as the coffee I had in Italy. I highly recommend the iced drip latte. My friend I went with took a sip of my drip latte, and even though her Americano was still there, she ordered another drip latte. Atmosphere inside and their service were also perfect.

One of the standout features of La Colombe is the consistency of their coffee especially for a shop as commercial and widespread. Every time I visit, I know I can expect a great cup of coffee. Additionally, the selection is fantastic.

Really good coffee! Even though they didn't have the vanilla oat latte on tap when I ordered it, their normal latte was quite smooth and delicious. Highly recommend this place for coffee and ranks among the best I've had

Remarkable coffee complementing a great atmosphere. Go here if you're looking for single source beans and amazing aromas. Pastries are from Publican according to the batista but the quality is evident.

Visiting from out of town- I didn't realize La Colombe had physical locations. I've had their canned stuff before but this was great- pleasant people in a clean cozy place. Coffee was delicious.

I've visited here multiple times these past few months because my bank is located just yards away so it's always fun to make a pit stop here to unwind, gather my thoughts and soak up great vibes.
This particular La Colombe is my favorite though not only because of the cheerful layout, bright open space and comfy beaches but the staff here are outstanding!
They love being here--- it's obvious and I'm extremely sensitive to energies so I feel like my energies are being amplified here---> not drained.
Here's a huge thank you to all these wonderful barristas who make it fun--> Veronica, Maxwell, Sam, Elle, Juno, Sarah, Kyle, Leah, Shannon, Danny, Daniel, Natalie, Theresa, Giulz and Sophia.
On a side note Juno remembered me when I once visited their Lincoln Park location on Armitage! Can't believe it! That speaks volumes and I appreciate 🙏 when people remember me.
I'm not a coffee drinker so when I come here to relax I always get hot cocoa and a tomato savory Danish 🍅 which hits the spot for me.

Lot's of light and beautiful cups
I wanted to visit this coffee shop a couple of weeks ago, but they were closed for dine-in. I was much luckier this time.
First of all, employees are friendly, helpful, and quick. My coffee was ready as soon as I've placed the order. It also had a pretty feather art.
Pain au chocolat was very buttery and not extremely sweet and paired well with the tiniest bit bitter cappuccino.
The cafe has a lot of open space. It is to accommodate the people who are waiting in line. The line is moving quickly but doesn't end.
The cups deserve a separate mention. They are not of some fine china, but with their pretty floral design, they make the experience better. I, for one, like these cups way more than plain white.

La Colombe not offering WIFI is a big drawback, in my opinion. With numerous people working on school/work from home you'd think they'd meet their customer's needs. However, despite my gripe about wifi, it's a great place to have some good coffee with plenty of seats to accommodate many people.

Overall experience was good. Staff is really friendly and quick. Espresso was smooth and the cookie is sweet. Pricing is reasonable as I spent just over $6 altogether. Liked the little shot glass the espresso came in. A cool vibe of a coffee shop.

I visited my friend in Chicago and she took me to this place to grab a quick coffee. Was very satisfied with the coffee itself and the service. We ordered Macchiato with milk and received two shots at first. Didn’t remember why the order was wrong. It could be because we didn’t communicated it clearly or something else. Regardless, they immediately made another two cups of regular coffee for us.

This is a great little spot. Not too crowded and pretty chill. The staff is very helpful with answering questions and providing suggestions. The coffee is delicious. Their service is spot on. The place is great. It's the perfect place to meet someone for a great cup of coffee. It's in a really good location as well. If you're in the area and you are in the mood for some good coffee, give this place a visit. You will be very impressed.

Cat was super helpful and friendly. I have never really had very fancy coffee drinks before as I generally don't like the very bitter taste. She convinced me to try one of their iced lattes with oat milk, and it tasted almost like a super dark chocolate drink. It's a great recommendation for people who don't like regular coffee, and it's very impressive how passionate the staff are about the products. I highly recommend this location for people who are seeking high quality beverages!

The most “real” coffee house around. No complicated menus, no syrups, just amazingly fresh coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, and cocoa drinks. This is the real deal! And they have delicious pastries too. Such a great vibe to work, study, relax, and take in the culture of The West Loop.

Friendly barista, and great coffee taste. I've ordered a latte as it's my favorite hot drink everywhere so I can taste both, the quality of the coffee and freshness of the diary. It was perfect. I also took one bottled draft latte to try at home. It was lovely as well, naturally sweetned without the added sugar. Worth the try.
