Even for someone not typically drawn to cupcakes like me, Sprinkles is worth a try! The diverse selection and exquisite flavors might just convert you into a cupcake enthusiast. The welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service make it an enjoyable experience for everyone, regardless of their usual dessert preferences.
We recently tried their Triple Cinnamon from Sprinkles on E Walton and were very impressed. The cupcake was soft, cake texture, just the right amount of icing and tasted so good.
Usually fans of cupcakes but this one was just great. We'd gladly return to pick up more cupcakes from Sprinkles in Chicago based on this experience and will now keep a look out for their sister branches around the country during future trips to the States.
WOW! Definitely believe the hype on these cupcakes, especially the red velvet, which is their bestselling cupcake. Yes, the cupcake is small for $5 but it’s sooooo delicious!!! We also tried strawberry (my 2nd favorite flavor), salted caramel & vanilla milk chocolate w chocolate sprinkles. It was so good, I went back the next day to get another red velvet cupcake. We really wanted to try the German chocolate cupcake but it was seasonal & they no longer had it. The service was friendly & fast. Definitely get a cupcake if you’re in the area! I think you can only get these here, at ORD & Willis Tower.
Best cupcakes ever, they are consistently great, amazing flavor and quality. I don’t think there’s anything that competes with them. This store is small but fast, staff is always very helpful and friendly. You order by the kiosk and they pack and hand your order. Payment is by CARD ONLY, not my favorite thing but it is what it is. The vending cupcake machine is awesome but I prefer to buy in store (I believe it’s also cheaper in store but I’m 100% sure👍🏼)
Many people suggested me to try the cupcakes from Sprinkles and a visit to this place really answers as to why should anyone visit this place. Right from the cute vending machine outside the store to order your cupcakes to the store right next to it everything is so beautifully designed. Moving on to the cupcakes they have all varieties of cupcakes to choose from starting from Marshmallow choclate to red velvet to carrot cake, dark chocolate and they even have some sugar free options as well. We even tried their cookies and it was really good. For someone who loves desserts this will be my go to place in Chicago for cupcakes and cookies.
Wow, it's not everyday you can buy a delicious quality cupcake from an ATM machine! I think anyone traveling to Chicago would appreciate trying out some sweets here, whether it's fully inside or just a quick stop at the ATM on the way to other attractions.
No indoor seating, they just have to-go service but cupcakes are the best in town.
I going to get right to the point… Sprinkles, located in Downtown Chicago, has THEE best vegan red velvet cupcakes in the city of Chicago. I let one of my friends try one whom isn’t vegan and they could not believe it was vegan. In fact, he said it tasted better then a regular red velvet cake.
My only complaint would be the lack of vegan options. I love the red velvet cupcake but there should be more options.

If you haven’t been to Sprinkles then you are in for quite the treat. Nestled on Walton street next to some of Chicago’s wealthiest boutiques is this gem. Beautiful in color, rich in flavor.. sprinkles cupcakes are a must have moment after a long day of shopping. I love the variety and Jerry loves the wrappers. ❤️. Be sure to try this next time you are in the area.

Its a unique and good experience to get you cakes from ATM. Not just experience but also the cupcakes are good! Normally the icing is more sweet so I usually remove half the icing. My personal favourite is milk and dark chocolate cupcake and vegan carrot cake is great too
