Honestly, I’ve been at this location twice it’s the best Red Lobster! The staff is amazing . We had Antoinette she was so nice and friendly. I live far from Mid way but I definitely would make the drive to go to this Red Lobster.

Even though we had to wait 30 minutes when we got there, it was well worth it. There were three of us and we all got the AYCE shrimp deal. The waitresss was awesome and kept those shrimp coming! 😋 Our dinner was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Had a very tentative waitress who went behind the bar to fix our drinks that the "bartender" couldn't get right. Seems they are short staffed and our waitress was hustling to give several tables the best service possible. I'm sure the seafood dishes were good, but I'm not a seafood lover, so I ordered the NY steak. Seems it had been frozen for decades. I understand it's not a popular dish in a seafood restaurant, but I'd just get rid of that option altogether. The bread was delicious! Can never have enough.

Red Lobster sirloin and snow crab legs were great, and the admiral feast looked yummy, too. The steak and even the broccoli were flavorful, and the biscuits were served warm. It was hard to eat just one. The waitress was friendly and efficient, parking was easy and the atmosphere was good. I would visit again.

Very nice and quiet. I love going on the weekdays because there's no one really there. And the service was great.

We hadn't been to Red lobster in many years. We used to frequent various Red lobster locations in the Chicagoland area with regularity. Not too much has changed over the decades. The food is still relatively the same. The biscuits have changed a little bit. Not necessarily for the better. Prices are reasonable. This location was on Pulaski near Archer in Chicago. If you like Red lobster in the past. The experiences similar today.
