Amazing spot with a ton of flavor choices! I tried their Hot Chocolate with Gelato (can’t remember the exact name) and it was incredible. The hot chocolate was rich, thick, and perfectly complemented the gelato. Absolutely worth a visit.

Beautiful looking icecream with great taste. Place is small and usually crowded, but a lot of flavors to choose from. Personal favorite was Pistachio.

Creative gelato that actually tastes good. It can get really crowded, a bit unorganized and with a lack of staff smiles but your tolerance will be rewarded. Some unique flavors but nothing too special. It's all in the art of scooping and sculpting the gelato to a pretty rose shape.

I walked by this corner shop with a lot of different favours of gelato! I always like to try the coconut favour first. It has strong favour with some crushed coconut inside. It is very tasty! I would like to try other desserts. Yo!

I have been to several Amorino in Paris and Mexico, and the one in Michigan ave is one of the most awesome stores. Well located, greaaat Gelato and more important, great service.
I ordered a caffe latte, which was perfectly made. Perfect temperature and great foam.
To be honest, this is one of the greatest snacks you can have in all chicago downtown. T2ry them all and if I may suggest, order 3 flavors.

It an Italian gelato chain nicely located near to the bean (cloud gate). They offer a variety of flavors and choice of gelato cups, gelato sandwich, shakes, and hot coffee as well. It is similar to was Eataly offers in their bakery but with specific focus on the gelato and cold beverages. Their presentation of the flavors is very different and nice. Just note that you don’t order on the counter rather you place your order on the screen and then choose flavors on the counter 🙂

We had a small signature cup with three flavors: Pistachio, Tiramisu, and Blueberry cheesecake. It was good but wasn’t blown away by the flavors. We had the pistachio macaron along with the ice cream and that was good.

We’ve been to this Ice Cream place and it became mu one of the best Ice creams. It is rose-shaped Italian Gelato. We really liked the concept where they make this rose shape and if you want, they can make it using multiple flavors.

Their waffle cone is also eggless, so all vegetarians who do not eat egg will be happy.
Amarenada is their the best being eggless and offered all seasons. Could not try other seasonal flavors as it were not available when we visited. Would definitely love to tey another next time.

It's usually a very crowded place but luckily when I went it wasn't. Apparently they don't accept cash. The employees are very nice and the gelato was absolutely delicious. I choose 3 flavors on a small cone with a french macaron which was about $10.00 plus tax. Definitely worth it.

Busy place. Organized chaos. Gelato was excellent. Not cheap but worth it. I had pistachio, blueberry and chocolate hazelnut with a pistachio macaroon on top. Without question we would go again.

This place was awesome. Very fancy looking so it caught our attention. After walking around looking for a place to have dinner we saw this and knew we found dessert. We came in after dinner and loved the flavor options, tried a shake and a cone. Both of which came out great. The cone was the highlight due to presentation. Ice tasted Soo good and try let you get however many flavors on your cone which was an exciting surprise. Can't wait to have it again in another fabulous city.

Good gelato, but confusing process. You order and pay at the screen, but your order is just for the size. You don't select your flavors until you're at the counter where you can barely see the flavors available if there's a crowd. The employees seemed impatient if you didn't understand how it worked or hadn't chosen what you wanted yet. It was very crowded and hard to understand.

The pistachio cake is absolutely incredible. We also had some coffee gelato, which was more average but still really good. They make the ice cream cones into this beautiful flower shape as well. I didn't try the macaroons but they looked good and I'll definitely try them next time!

I came all the way from Michigan. I made sure I was making a trip to this shop. The gelato was the perfect touch for the end of the night, in such an aesthetically appealing, quaint shop. Also they were very quick with the line that had formed. The hazelnut, tiramisu, and dark chocolate rose classic size cone- is to die for. You will not be disappointed!

Yum, yum, yum. Lots of different flavors and they're all great! If you don't understand their concept just ask and they'll explain it to you. Pick your cup size, then go crazy with your flavors! It's nice to be able to mix and match lots of flavors. Delicious!

The gelato and sorbet are excellent. My favorite flavor is the Sicilian Citrus. Make sure you get a macaron too. They are absolutely delicious!

Let me start by saying, I love their gelato and sorbet. Unfortunately, this location needs some improvements. The smoke alarm has been chirping for months, two times I went they were out of small cones (weeks apart), and the last time they seemed to be having a problem with keeping their gelato frozen.

My issue has nothing to do with the gelato. It is excellent! I take issue with your employees. This is my second time coming to your location and possibly my last. Your employees treated my father and I very rudely by talking down to us and making us feel unwelcome. We attempted to ask questions regarding the product and all three employees were very vague and expected us to already know how the system works (you pay for the size of the cup, then select your flavor). I do not think this is acceptable in any customer service position. Hopefully in the future your employees will treat other customers better than they did me and my father.

Worst customer service i can remember in a long time. Tracy was absolutely terrible treating multiple paying customers like trash at the Chicago State Street location...tons of attitude.I can't believe your brand continues to keep her employed even after multiple people refer her by name in yelp reviews.

Several occasions that I've been at this location I've had a great experience! The staff was very patient and helpful (even let me try the flavors before I decided regardless of the people behind still waiting) Even today, despite there was only 1 worker (didnt get his name) I still had a pleasant visit! :)
