Domino's Pizza

I came in to order pizza for the family and wanted to try to get one for myself, even with my onion allergy. I ordered a pizza and specified my allergies and they were all fantastic! They cleaned the pizza cutters and other tools and told everyone to change gloves, do not put specific ingredients because it’s an allergy, etc. I’m honestly afraid of chain restaurants, especially ones that are typically busy (especially on Super Bowl Sunday), but they were so awesome! I will definitely be coming back!

Been ordering pizza from this location for the past 5 years and it was.. well dominos pizza! Not bad pizza, cheap and tasty. But this past year it has gone down the drain! Every time I order it is either under cooked, over cooked, wrong order, missing something or cooked wrong. I took a break from ordering here for awhile mostly because we are cutting back on bad foods and because service sucks. But today I decided not to cook and just order a pizza. Big mistake. I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and sausage. The crust was so with and under cooked. No extra cheese. So I called and asked them to remake it and send it out. After 45 min on the phone and they sent a new pizza. It was cooked better but still super thin. This is nothing like Brooklyn style pizza. Or extra cheese.

So we moved over this way in Oct 2020, when we moved, we ordered pizza. They messed up the Hawaiian pizza by using pepperoni instead of ham, but whatever, it got eaten anyway. We've ordered here a few times since with no issues (other than slow service) until tonight. First, they weren't offering delivery, but that's okay my fiance just picked it up on his way home from work. That being said, he did not know what I had ordered and asked the cashier TWICE if that was everything before leaving and she said yes both times. It was not everything. They forgot the sauces and soda. So he went back, while he was gone, I decided to eat. One bite into the cheesy bread and it was not cooked (see picture, that is RAW dough). So I gave him a call to let him know that was wrong too. The manager tried to argue that the bread is never undercooked and questioned if I knew the difference between raw dough and cheese. Very rude. I would not recommend this Domino's.

2nd time coming to the location and 2nd time they gave me the wrong pizza. If they weren’t so busy being rude to the new crew member maybe they could give me the right pizza! Calling him “new guy” pretty sure he has a name. Use it!! Also i asked for my wings to be put through 2x so they would be crispy. Didn’t do that either.

Ordered Pizza from the App - App stated ready in 20-30 minutes , wait 25minutes App says order was completed except we don’t have our pizza. Try to call can’t get through because the phone automated system says my order was already completed. Finally call from another phone to be told another hour. Try to cancel and the manager was exceptionally rude and hung up on me. We order from Dominos a lot but with that kind of customer service we won’t be anymore!

Order 2 for $5.99 each medium pizza pan with Alfredo sauce and topping Philly steak and premium chicken pizza come hot and sauce taste delicious. The other one medium pizza pan with marinara sauce topping Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza come hot and nice but the sausage too little. We also order side chicken wings but chicken size to small but well cook. We pay cash and the Casher never give us receipt even we ask them, then they said the system was down. But they print label and any other receipt.

This store needs to either step up their game or close down. I love Domino's, but I've had problems in the last three visits. First was when I placed an online order for pickup. App said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes later and was told 3 times "it'll be out in just a minute". I waited for 30 minutes just to learn that my order never processed. When I asked why the staff didn't catch this earlier, all I got was "well, that's what happens when you use the terrible app" (this is the first problem I had with the app). Second was placing a large order for a party we had. One person has a dairy allergy, and another is lactose intolerant; so I specifically requested one pizza WITHOUT cheese. At a glance, this pizza was cheese-less, but as soon as one of them took a bite they realized there were several sprinkles of cheese on nearly every slice. It was almost like they put cheese on it, realized they weren't supposed to, and tried to brush it off. The rest of the pizzas were poorly made as well: one had almost nothing but sauce on two slices, one ham & pineapple had several olives & onions on it even though we didn't order it that way, and all of them were cut very haphazardly. To their credit, they were very apologetic this time when I called to complain (I'm guessing because the word "food allergy" was mentioned), and they offered a free pizza on my next order. At least, that's what they said... when I tried to redeem the free pizza the next week, they couldn't find the offer in my account. At that point I decided enough was enough and ordered from Rita's instead. Next time I'm craving Domino's, I'll order from the Churchland store.

Burnt pizza, and the best they could do was a credit, not even a remake ? I've never had this issue before, usually it's really good at this location. Also it was not ordered a thin crust but it was so thin and burnt it might as well of been. Really unhappy with the results, may try again another time but really disappointed with them this time.
