This was a nice Taco Bell location. The food was delivered quickly and everything was put together properly. The inside of the restaurant has self-ordering kiosks only. Most Taco Bell locations in the area are pretty rough, but this one changes that trend.
(Sauce packets that were requested in the self ordering kiosk were not included in the order.)

It's been a while since we ate at Taco Bell.. We stopped going there because they kept getting our orders wrong. The new order pad makes that better better but we ask for packets of the hot sauce and discovered when we got home they hadn't put any in the bag. It will be a long time before we go back again.

Horrible customer service.
Staff allowed customers to sit in line for 15 minutes while the systems were down only to send them away.
The woman working was rude. She ordered me to pulled forward during this ordeal and said I couldn't look at the menu because the drive thru is on a timer. While I was looking at the menu she turned out the lights. I addressed her professionally at the window and she said I would be refused service.
I took a pic when she turned out all of the lights.
This was before 10pm.

Not my favorite drive thru space. Tight quarters. Be careful of your rims and tires through there. Taco Bell always has good deals but why do they have to take away the good things like Nacho Fries? Changing the menu from your favorite items is quite frustrating. That’s not particular to this location but take note that they regularly have a limited menu or changes regularly. Took my order outside trying to be like Chick fil A today. Not sure it does any good because they take the order far away from where the physical menu is. Don’t see the need for this like chick fil a that has a huge amount of cars in line all the time. Not the case at TB.

This is the only Taco Bell that was the best I've ever been to they were nice and very friendly there the other Taco Bells I've been to are not the employees there are rude and they don't give you everything in your bag and they have attitude Taco Bell I want you that I enjoy was at Chesapeake Little Joe's Auto

This Taco Bell used to be pretty good, but as of late, they've been very rude, messed up multiple orders, and take forever to get your order out. Very poor customer service.

Standard fazt food Mexican fair. Open late, staff is friendly. Late night drive-thru can be a bit of a wait, but only because they are the only place open.
