This was a dining experience I'll never forget! The food is easily some of the best Italian food I've ever had in my life (the Penne alla Vodka with Chicken was SENSATIONAL!) and the service was truly great! (Alyssa/Elisa was a fantastic server!!) I highly recommend this restaurant to any and all seeking a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. P.S. the best Tiramisu to ever grace my lips resides at Vino Italian + Bistro...
We love this place! We have been several times for dinner and the lunch buffet and the food is excellent. The service is also very good with friendly and helpful staff. We are meeting friends to try the Sunday brunch for the first time and I'm sure we won't be disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
I really enjoyed everything ordered, very fresh and authentic tasting. Our waitress was not very attentive (busy, end of shift etc), but next time we'll dine in at an earlier time since it was about 1.5hr before closing. I definitely will return, the portion sizes are great and the drinks were tasty too. I really loved the vibe of the restaurant, and the decor was very nice too. The Hostess and the Bartender were amazing and super nice, thank you!
Very 50's NYC italia feel. Great flavor in the sauces. I didn't taste the gorgonzla in the gnocchi much. Great friendly service.
My friend and I shared 4 tapa style dishes: the oysters Rockefeller, clams, asparagus and shrimp risotto. All were fantastic.
Hostess and wait staff are super friendly
Really good food but needs more staff because there can be a wait.
We had the meatballs, olives and bruschetta appetizers. Meatballs were amazing and olives are delicious anyway. The bruschetta was good but a little bland probably because tomatoes aren't in season.
My entree was Chicken Francese and it was heavy on the lemon and that was the main flavor. I didn't care for it. Excellent service and the house bread and oil was delicious. Try it! We enjoyed our meal.
First time at Vino Italian & Bistro. Absolutely loved it. Had an amazing Mother's Day dinner with family. The best authentic Italian food this side of Chesapeake, and that's coming from an Italian from Brooklyn NY!!
The service was great. The food was delicious! The oyster Rockefeller, sausage and peppers, wine poached calamari. My group has six entrees everyone was content and smiling while enjoying their meal. The server and the kitchen timed everything well. I must say Vino's was one of the best experiences I've had and quite some time. Double shout out to our server for handling everything so well.
Weended up at the kempsville location instead of the battlefield location but if the food is as good at the battlefield and it was at the kempsville have had it
