Affordable and great, tasty choices. Great waiters and waitresses. Minus 1 star for stains on plates and utensils, and drink is not self-service. Overall, i like it. Would come here evey month.

This was a takeout order for hot rolls(Volvo Pkwy location), that I got someone pick up for me. What is going on with the rolls??? What I got had the texture and looked like biscuits. Golden Corral is known for their hot and fluffy rolls, until today. I am very disappointed. This was a waste of time, money and gas.

My family of 3 went there today around noon. It wasn’t too packed but the food was so cold. Nothing was stocked well! I went to the salad bar, both of the hot bars and the dessert bar. I enjoy a variety of food so it wasn’t just one thing, it was all terrible. Very bland and watery. The desserts were stale, the bar was messy. The section we sat in had gnats everywhere, the bathrooms were gross. The location in Virginia Beach was 100% better from what I heard but this location was closer to our home. I was also very disappointed about the prices. I called on my way over to verify that they do lunch on Sunday and I got verification of the price FROM AN EMPLOYEE and when we got there we got charged the dinner price and they said they don’t do lunch on Sunday. I haven’t gone to Golden Corral in 3 years and now I remember why!

Both young ladies named Sierra are always most helpful, and and Dennis is always most pleasant while grilling your steak exactly as you ask…he remembers how I like mine every time. The breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sundays offer omelettes to order…sirloin steaks as well. Their fried chicken is their best secret…delicious and perfectly seasoned with crispy skin while moist all the way to the bone. Tacos, soups and salad bar on top of a buffet. Dine in, take out and curbside orders offered.

The place was clean, our server was great. The food was good. However to be told i would have to show a receipt to get a plate as we were looking for a table, and again as i scouted where everything was and to then be rudely told to put on gloves( no signs saying glove use required only sign saying mask required for unvaccinated) Not okay, almost left at that time.

The waitress was cool but the food (what the had left) was cold and picked over.
The salad bar was mostly sauce and and fruit. Never got to the desert bar stomach started the feel bad.
All in all the place is still golden coral.... what can you expect for 15.00 bucks...

We went for dinner after my father's homegoing service, and the food was excellent. The server assigned to us was very attentive. The only complaint was the fountain drink, Sprite. It tasted like straight seltzer, as if they forgot to add the flavoring. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this location.
