Bakers Crust Artisan Kitchen

I came here to eat with my daughter and wife. The food selection is pretty good and the prices are fair. However, the restaurant was kind of messy, there were dirty napkins in the floor at the table across from us and the bus bit didn't clean it up when he cleaned the table. It kind of put a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience.

I visited with my husband and two kids today. The food was really good! Our waitress wasn’t very attentive so that put a damper on the visit. My husband also mentioned there isn’t a changing table in the men’s restroom. Our kids aren’t that young anymore but it’s disappointing that the option isn’t available.

The best restaurant I've been to in Chesapeake!! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere! Food was incredible! I got the tuna app, Atlantic salmon entree, and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. Price: on the higher side but definitely worth it.

Great spot! I have always been a fan and no matter when I go whether for pick up or dining-in, they are just consistent. Yesterday I met with friends for a late lunch and everything was fantastic! Aileen was our server - she’s a rock star! Can’t wait to go back and ask for her! The hostess was friendly and prompt, other servers who brought out some of our food were super polite and nice!

Got there as soon as it opened and it was packed. 25 minute wait but hostess was very friendly and it didn't seem like 25 minutes passed before I was called and seated. Scottie waited on me and he was polite and knowledgeable and made suggestions on meal options. Everything was fresh. It was super crowded so when Scottie would come check on me I made sure to ask for everything I needed because who knew when he would be back (it was that busy). I settles o breakfast and was not disappointed. Going back and order something different Very pleasant experience..

Our favorite item at Baker's Crust is the Tavern chips. For a $2.50 upcharge, you can get them with your sandwich in place of the regular chips. The Tavern chips have bacon and cheese. They are perfectly thin and crispy. On this visit I also had the Chicken Shawarma. I'm not sure how long it has been on the menu, but this was my first time trying it. I was surprised at how big it was. It was delicious! The pita was just the right texture. It was filled with chicken and veggies. The lemon garlic tzatziki was so tasty. I couldn't finish even half of it because I ate so many chips and a salad. I will skip the salad the next time. Update 7/9/22 I tried the fish tacos and pasta salad. The fish tacos were okay, nothing to write home about. The pasta salad was a creamy pasta salad. I would have liked a hint of vinegar. The service was good.
