Arby's

As with most any fast food restaurant, this Arby's occasionally presents a struggle to get the order correct, leaving out or mis-substituting an item from the order. Of course if you are dining in or check before driving away it can quickly be corrected and there is no problem. In my experience the food is always made properly and as I have expected. There have been occasions when the dining room is not as well kept as I would like but they have been directly after the lunch rush and give credit they haven't had the chance to clean up yet. Nothing is filthy, just the expected few crumbs, sauce or napkins left behind. A quick wipe with a napkin is enough to correct it to my satisfaction. I admit my standards for fast food are not as high as they would be for a typical dine in restaurant. If you are familiar with and like Arby's this is likely one of the better locations to frequent.

As much as I visit this particular Arby's I was truly disappointed yesterday 6/14/22. I have been waiting to try the new Waygu Burger. When I got home and took the first bite it was horrible. The meat was way over cooked. It was literally black on the edges. I wanted to take it back but I had been at the hospital all morning and my husband wanted to treat me to lunch. His Roast Beef sandwich was perfect. We love eating at Arby's, I was just wanting to try the burger so bad and hated being disappointed.

We came in on Sunday December 5th, 2021 to eat as we were traveling through. I felt bad for the girl that was working. She was the only one working in the entire store covering the drive thru, dining room, and kitchen. We received our food and everything was correct and fresh. Hope they figure out the staffing issues.

Arby’s i suggest you do some hard looking at this store. went tonight got 2 beef and cheddars i cannot rat the sweet ranch dressing on the sandwich. i always order without. seems simple right. i ordered without drive around and paid. they brought the sandwiches abs i adk to verify no red sugar sauce. assured was not there got home pulled one out and it is covered with sugar sauce. so i tried to call the store and they do not answer the phone. after 10 minutes of ringing i called the store on brainerd. i spoke to Chris very nice who said he would call and tell them to answer the phone. i called spoke to she said a manager and was like well what you want me to do about it. she said i could come back up there.this place gets more wrong than right time to hire a good manager who can help you not hurt
