Great for breakfast but nobody seems to know what time they close . One manager told me eight pm and another told me five pm . It seems like they just closed whenever they feel like . I'm sure they'll blame a lack of employees while refusing to pay those employees a living wage .
Either way if the people who run this joint don't have the sense to serve breakfast all day I certainly won't bother going there anymore when Bojangles and Jacks are just down the road

It's rare that I get to eat Hardee's anymore. The Lookout Valley/Tiftonia location opens and closes while I'm at work. I happened to be off today for a Doctor appointment and vehicle maintenance, so I stopped by this location in between. The food was made well (although the patties didn't look like 1/3lb patties as they should for a monster burger). For a $12 meal, it's kind of ridiculous to charge 50¢ for lettuce added. Where I'm from (Indianapolis) Hardee's never charges for added lettuce and I've never been charged more than 30¢ at any restaurant I've been to. With that being said, the food was good, fast, and service was friendly with a smile so I can't complain too much.

Ok this is the 2 ND review. It's not going to be as good as the first. There are exceptions at play however. A young woman by the name of Tomeka, she creates the best biscuits I've ever put in my mouth since my mom's. They are fabulous. This restaurant is under a shift mgr. By the name of Billie. The anger of the employees at each other is kinda bothering because they do it in front of the guest. However I do not blame the shift mgr. Now what's the main reason for coming the food. This restaurant has amazing well prepared food. Just for the record customer service is lacking but I think they are working on it. Food was good, dining room not open, why won't you people open your damn dining room? Going through the drive through, you never know what you're going to get, and sure enough, they only special sandwich that we had wasn't even close.

Friendly counter help. Food was good. We ordered Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuits and a plain biscuits, and fountain drinks. Recieved them in a reasonable amount of time. Customers that were eating inside were very friendly, giving it a hometown feel. The dining area and counter areas clean. All in all, a very good visit.

Food is always great, drinks always horrid, especially the sweet tea, which is ALWAYS SOUR, & horrible customer service!!!
