Great value Thai food with a good variety of options. I want to specifically highlight the eggplant - absolutely order this. Beautifully caramelized sweet soy sauce, it was cooked to perfection, and came in a great portion size. I will honestly go back for that dish alone!

This place is my go-to Thai place in C’ville.
Every dish I’ve had here has been delicious, and I’m surprised I haven’t written a review yet.
My favorite dish is the arkhanay noodles. They’re wide noodles with seafood and topped with crab in a delicious brown sauce. And of course, their pad Thai, fried rice, and Thai iced tea is all A1. This time I tried their Kanom Jeeb appetizer and it tasted really good - I retry much a steamed crab + pork dumpling topped with scallions. Their Thai iced coffee is good too.
Seriously if you haven’t been here you definitely have to try it because they have never missed.

Good service, delicious food and very plentiful servings! Highly recommend the Penang Curry.

We've ordered shrimp shumai, tom yum soup and papaya salad. Shrimp shumai was delicious! However the papaya salad was so bitter that we couldn't eat it. We told the server about it and she apologized for it and didn't charge us for it. Now about the tom yum soup. I think the soup didn't have the punch that it should have. The quantity was okay, but the taste could've been far better!

Decent Thai, higher prices than I would like to pay for the quality received but still worth a visit to quell the desire for Thai. Staff is courteous, portions are nice. I went with a group about three times and each time one of the guys with the group requested no shrimp or onions because he is allergic. The first two times his dish came out with shrimp and onions but no peanuts, good thing he checked but the third visit Tara got it correct. I don't know if the server was the disconnect or the kitchen didn't pay attention. The atmosphere and decor are pretty cool, inside was clean, thanks Tara Thai.

I don't really like Thai food, but this place has an awesome Garlic Shrimp meal. The friends I have gone with that do like Thai have always been very happy with their meals as well.

Tried three items from their menu:
1. Tom Yum Soup: It was kind of okay. I expected it to be better.
2. Tod Mun: It was so yummy. It comes with a relish which is sweet and has a punch of lime. Loved it.
3. Frozen Ice-cream: It was too good. Superb!
Behavior: 10/10

I had green curry, and I turned out not to be a big fan of it, but that's just cause I don't like coconut that much. It had good spice, and not an overpowering sweetness. The chicken caught me off guard because it's not tender, BUT if Tai curry is your thing, they give big portions here, and everyone else if my group liked it. The place is clean, it's not very modern, but the staff is friendly and it's in a good location of town. Also, the flat rice noodles were pretty tasty. If you're a fan of Tai, you'll like it.
