**This review is solely for the limited time wings** FYI - tried their wings that are new on the menu. They slap. Taco Bell doing wings is a strange concept but they did not fail this assignment. You get a box of 5 wings and a side of ranch for $5.99. Although the wings are small, they are very crispy and fried hard, which in my opinion is the key to a good wing. There’s no frills - just 5 wings in a nondescript brown box, no sides. The ranch is good too - although it’s supposed to be spiced, it’s not spicy, it’s more on the tangy side. The wings themselves are well seasoned and moist - which is good because some places give you wings that are desiccated, crunchy, and dry, which takes away from the meatiness of it. I could tell they were made fresh. Would recommend. Can’t even lie, Taco Bell did that. 🔔

There was literally less than a tablespoon and a half of meat on the taco! Such a huge rip off! They couldn't even fill the drink that I paid for. I would check your food and demand they use the correct amount of meat in your food. Fast food is expensive and this is unacceptable! The last photo is on their main page, clearly false advertising.

They made a mistake in my order, called them back and a “manager” picked up then rudely hanged up the phone on me. I am expecting to get in contact with management or supervisor because I have all the proof of this behavior and purposely not answering my phone calls, otherwise there will be a hassle for them and this matter will be escalated, with closure of this Taco Bell

Taco ingredients weren't even spread out. Waited for over 5 minutes to be acknowledged to take my order. The chicken had to of been sitting around for hours. Couldn't even eat it.

Went inside was told only taking kiosk orders. Seen steak fries on the menu . Went out and got in drive threw. Waited about 10 mins just to order. Asked for steak fries . Was told we don't serve them anymore. Obviously they don't wanna work today.

Toco Bell was my place to go for a fast food stop. Last stop I got there steak & rice bowl. Unfortunately they have swapped out their steak for a "questionable substitute". Quality in these "fast food" pit stops has really declined.

This Taco Bell is the best in the Charlottesville area because of: -flavor balance, -The patient and understanding staff who are willing to help with food allergy questions and requests, -speed of service

Have not eaten at Taco Bell in years. Much better Mexican food selection in the area. Google maps mistakenly thinks I dined here.
