The staff member working at 4 pm Thursday, She is excellent and highly professional. They ran out of nuggets after i placed an order. They asked me to wait for few minutes and they gave us delicious and mouth watery nuggets. Thanks you all!! 👏
This is actually the best burger King I had. I tried other one in Charlotte and it was very dry, old and cold. I ate it but it was disgusting. I said never again but I gave this one a go. I ordered impossible whooper and it was amazing. Fries also pretty good. Kind stuff too.
Disappointed at this location. Nice and safely lit parking lot. Very inviting for a customer. Then you sit their drive through for damn near 10 minutes, just to hear the cashier tell YOU, " Sorry. We are closed for the night. The car on front of you was the last one." Really? You don't do that with cars in line. Especially, when you close the store 30 minutes early. Really Disappointed.
Tried an Impossible Whopper. Not as good as a regular whopper, but if you don't eat meat, its a great alternative. BK's are not as goid as they used to be.

I'm giving four stars exclusively for the engaging, charismatic and pristine customer service of front counter cashier "Destiny", during my dine-in visit, the evening of 10/ 21/22. Engaging us customers with an endearing elated demeanor. Unfortunately, the front counter staff was contrast to this. I'm
referencing the male employee with sagging pants, completely exposing underwear. In full view of a unenthusiastic manager. As a result, I only ordered a prepackaged item, instead of a cooked item. It just threw me off. I don't know when Burger King put the viewing of an employee's underwear on the menu. Allowing such a practice is nasty, has no place in a food environment and questions the integrity of the establishment.

Think twice before you get an Oreo shake from here. The food is always good but they'd need to practice caution with who's interacting with customers spirits around 2 that came through the drive-thru and Oreo shake was part of my order. Outside, from the drive thru y being rude over the intercom and generously displaying his underwear, as a result of sagging pants. When I pulled up, he proceeded to acquire and open pitcher of white liquid from somewhere below, out of my eye range. I've never seen this procedure in making a shake . After that, he poured it in a cup and retrieved the Oreos from around the corner out of my eye range. Yeah you guessed it, I cancel that shake. The guy then let out a long sigh of annoyance and ate the oreos himself.
The food was good. Service was slow.
It was nice and clean the Manager Ike was really polite and it didn't take long for my food to come out
I had a great experience at this location. I was there 8:30ish. Went here to get my teens their favorite meals. The kind young lady and young man were very kind. Also very professional.
