I ordered ahead on the app and when I saw how long the drive thru line was when I got there I switched my pickup method to carry out instead. (I advise you do the same if it’s a busy time of day)
I was greeted warmly inside by the guy who handles the carry out orders. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my order to be ready.
My order was filled correctly and they put napkins and ketchup in the bag.
The food was good but the chicken in the sandwich was smaller and thinner than I remember it being. I guess they are cutting back on portion sizes.
This was the biggest Chick-Fil-A I've ever been in. Absolutely clean & they were SLAMMED! All the employees I spoke to were pleasant and polite. I ordered on the app before I got there and my food was made within 5 - 7 minutes of my arrival. The people I was with, waited in line and they didn't have to wait long. Drive thru was backed around the building but in true Chick-Fil-A form, it was moving fast!!! One of the best restaurants I've been to in North Carolina. Keep up the great work Chick-Fil-A!!!! ❤️🐄🫶
Great , quick bite through the drive-thru. Service was excellent, and food was made fresh. Also had Mac and Cheese, and it was delicious. The Mac and Cheese recipe is very good in my opinion and tastes very close to homemade. I think they worked hard on the recipe to ensure that it appealed to the customers.
Food is great and came fast. the employees are super nice and professional. Despite the fact that I have a name that most people have some trouble saying, the employees here tried to say it originally, I felt so welcomed.
This place is so much better than prosperity church road.
First time ever eating a Chick-fil-A anywhere and I was very impressed. First by how busy it was than by how fast they got the line down and kept up with the orders. I was equally impressed and very happy about the cleanliness of this establishment. Finally, excellent customer and the food was fresh and delicious 😋.
Best chain restaurant. Drive thru available, but eat in is a delight. clean organized with line queue. Neat employees in proper uniform. Order and wait less than 3 minuee6to be served while seated. Chicken is thick in sandwiches, white and fresh. No smell no darkness in the meat. Prices affordable. Highly recommended
I swear... Chick-fil-A can do no wrong. Their service is top notched. Food is always prepared fresh, hot and delicious. Service is impeccable and restaurants are ALWAYS clean. A pleasure to visit and dine-in every time.
This was my 1st ever visit to this chain, we do not have it in Europe, I have to say that it was the most amazing experience I have ever had, the staff and management made me feel so welcome and so special, they took the time to explain their products, to allow me taste some and to recommend items they felt I would like, and I can assure you they were 100% right.
I cannot complement the whole team enough , it was an experience I shall never forget and it will entice me to visit far more often now and when I am back in the USA

I pulled in to the parking lot with a feeling of emptiness, in my stomach. The drivethru line went so quick I only had time to briefly glance over the menu on my phone before a kind young lady asked me my heart’s desire. My smart, funny and beautiful girlfriend quickly gave her hearts cravings as I scrambled to choose an item. All the wonderful cravings engulfed my eyes. All the chicken delights I could ever hope for. Finally I made a choice for the simplest of items, “A number one” I said. Just as I pulled up to the window, my food was already prepared and bagged for me. Skeptical, I checked to see if my order was entered correctly. There, listed in organized black and white letters, was my order, perfectly entered. Shocked I let out gasp, never had I ever been so satisfied from a fast-food restaurant. This felt too luxury to be true. But there was still room for mistake! I reached in my bag and pulled out my food looking for any problem that might offset this wonderful drive-thru adventure. But no, it was true. Everything was perfect. I broke down in tears as the reality of it all set in on me. It reminded me of my early days in life, when life was bittersweet. I have this Chick-fil-A to thank for saving my life, without this experience who knows where I might be. Under bridge perhaps? I guess we will never know…
