Excellent day for The Hut. I had an unpleasant experience the last time I chose to get pizza. The second time around was a charm. The food was correct and OMG "Hot"(which got five stars alone!). The delivery time was on time and my sisters, and I were happy. Thank you for the improvement in the service and food. Whenever the need for pizza comes again it won't be a hard decision about who to call.

If you are craving pizza.The best time to order is early at 12:00pm. I ordered a pizza box family meal and it was fresh, hot and tasty. The bone in wings, mild Buffalo flavor was very delicious. I would recommend eating here and I will definitely order again during the early part of the day. I will rate them a 8 0ut of 10.

I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in years but it was close to my job. TA was very cool I ordered something they don't make anymore( Bbq chicken pizza) & she made it. She have a very sweet spirit which I really appreciated & bc of her I will go back.

As a doordash delivery driver I specifically enjoy being dispatched to the store because they always got it in the oven almost ready to go and my customer receives a hot pizza or order otherwise. The employees are always friendly here are grabbing a carry-out is a pleasant experience the management and employees alike are all great time at the pizza go together. If I was the owner of this franchise I'd give everybody a pay raise.

Ordered 8 Large pizza's for our employee lunch. Ordered through online service. Pizza was delivered within 40 minutes after ordering. Pizza was hot and delicious. When calling the 3215 Freedom Drive-Charlotte location the customer service does need improving though.

I got the Big Dinner Box, piping hot medium pizzas with plenty of toppings. Buffalo chicken and breadsticks. Great value for high quality food. Orange Crush was ice cold. Excellent presentation and quick delivery. The Pizza Hut Team gets a 10 out of 10 on this order. New order was hot with plenty of toppings! Manager Matt verified order and made sure drink was included. Best pizza this year for 2023!
