I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in years but it was close to my job. TA was very cool I ordered something they don't make anymore( Bbq chicken pizza) & she made it. She have a very sweet spirit which I really appreciated & bc of her I will go back.

As a doordash delivery driver I specifically enjoy being dispatched to the store because they always got it in the oven almost ready to go and my customer receives a hot pizza or order otherwise. The employees are always friendly here are grabbing a carry-out is a pleasant experience the management

Ordered 8 Large pizza's for our employee lunch. Ordered through online service. Pizza was delivered within 40 minutes after ordering. Pizza was hot and delicious. When calling the 3215 Freedom Drive-Charlotte location the customer service does need improving though.
