1st time here. Loved the atmosphere, food & service. Fried green tomatoes with dill horseradish sauce was excellent. Pot roast was melt in ur mouth tender & came with homemade mashed potatoes. Highly recommend!!

The food is delicious, the waitress was kind, and I appreciated them being open so late. The really bright, exposed light bulbs they had dangling over each table were a bit bothersome for me. My eyes are sensitive to light due to dry eyes, and none of these bulbs had covers or dimmers on them. Otherwise, cool place!

Overall super cool spot. Lots of good stuff on the menu. I rolled up with a group of 9 and the person working there put 2 tables together for us! The photo is of the meatloaf "funked up". The pie was also delicious.

I can’t express how impressed I am with the revamped Dish. I think Miles is curating some of the best food in plaza Midwood. The fried green tomatoes (funked up style) were the best I’ve ever had- and I grew up in the south. The cheeseburger (yes, cheeseburger) was probably the best I’ve ever had. This place has blown my mind lately. And Worm is a fantastic human, staple of the neighborhood, and bartender.

Met a girlfriend for a late night dinner. Best chicken friend steak in town. My meal came with TWO sides, a biscuit and a deviled egg. We both had beers and full entrees plus a dessert and the check was lest than $50! And we got to eat dinner after 10pm. Server was great! Space was charming. Can’t wait to return.

This was one of the best and most creative restaurants I have eaten at in Charlotte. The Manager gave great service and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly - it felt like a neighborhood place. I had the Frittata which was an egg custard with greens and goat cheese and beets. Most unusual. I Everything there looked very good and fresh. I will be back!

Floored! My first time having chicken and dumplings, it was heavy but so so delicious. My husband got the country fried steak and we both shared a slice of banana cream pie afterwards. Couldn’t recommend this place enough - the servers were so kind and lovely. Also, I loved the deviled egg and biscuit we each got with our dishes.

Griffin is a fantastic server!!! He made our brunch experience fun and flavourful!! Exactly what we needed after performing. Despite how neighbouring patrons may have received him. 😛😛😛 Food is fantastic and inventive but not pretentious. 10/10 💫💫💫

Had the best brunch here last weekend! We took our friends visiting from NJ here specifically because they wanted biscuits, but got so much more- gravy, carrot cake french toast, bacon/egg/cheese sandwich. The service was quick and attentive, food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere is fun and eclectic. It was quite busy too! They’ve really stepped their game up, shout out to Allison!
