I love Smoothie King very much! But there is one reason I will definitely be going to this particular location. And that reason is because of a really awesome person, his name is Charles. If you go to this location, I hope Charles will be the one to take your order. He made my experience with the Prosperity Church Rd location very warm and welcoming, and very professional. Charles deserves a bonus and recognition, for his excellent customer service. If the managers of this store read this review, please don't let me effort in sharing my positive experience go to waste, please reward your wonderful employees when they are able to make a customer take the time, to write a positive review due to that employee's hard work and delivery! I will be back soon!
I absolutely love this location!!! The customer service is unmatched. I wanted to give a special recognition to Charles(I hope I remembered his name correctly. He was light skin and had a bald head), the manager who served me today. Very personable and sweet. He made me feel like I was receiving an experience and not just a product. I LOVE this Smoothie King location the staff is always super friendly, the store is always very clean, and the smoothies are consistent and delicious !!! I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile but today was the day . I had a long day and just wanted something healthy, quick, and easy for dinner. I placed my order on the mobile app and drove to the store. I walked in and was greeted by Charles. I didn’t see my smoothie out yet so I told him who I was and no worries I can wait. Well came to find out the smoothie was already made and he had it in the cooler so it would stay cold !!! That is amazing customer service y’all ! He’s always so bright and happy when I come in and really stands out as someone who takes pride in his store and helping his customers have a great experience! I think our smoothie specialist might have been in a little bit of a hurry. It still tastes good, just has a big frozen clump of spinach and bits.
I went to smoothie king from having a tough evening from another establishment and staff member Charles completely changed my attitude. Went in for a large smoothie and left with feeling appreciated as a customer. He doesn't even know it. Definitely a 5 star for hospitality! Thank you!!!!!
First time here had a great experience. Store is very clean, staff wears a mask (if your concerned about that kind of thing), my dark chocolate banana smoothie tastes great and I even got a little extra on the side. Thanks!
