I dont suggest drive thru unless you have at least 30-45mins to wait! At Waverly there is no turning back, either. Once you are in drive thru line you are stuck!
love the drive through window option! food was wonderful as usual.
I totally messed up ordering to a different location and walked into this one after a CRAZY day. I realized the food wasn't there and I asked the manager on duty (who was clearly super busy maintaining his staff), if I could refund the other order and order for that location. He was so sweet and kind and I think could probably tell I had a day and helped me. I am a small business owner and always appreciate when people go out of their way to make others feel seen. Anyways, thank you to the manager for helping me fix my order. It made my day!
The staff are very helpful and polite and know the job that they're doing, you have a vast amount of food and drink to choose from and the food is remarkable as well. Orders get prepared really nice and quick and all the items we had: the mac and cheese, tomato soup, mediterranean sandwich, warm bowls and the accompanying potato chips are unmistakably panera bread. One thing to know is that, just like all panera breads, is that there is a limited amount of vegetarian options which is a bit disappointing.
Panera has a variety of salads, soups, and sandwiches. Chipotle chicken avocado melt is the go-to sandwich with a bag of chips. The chipotle sauce brings out the chicken with just enough spice to give it a kick. After the chicken and chipotle sauce, the avocado and cheese blend is a nice touch. All that put on a toasted bread served warm. Can't beat it.
Panera always has great food but unfortunately the staff is not always pleasant at this location. One of the issues that I have seen is having someone as a cashier who becomes easily flustered and frustrated when it gets busy. I've experienced that and then it's taken out on me. I completely understand that restaurants get busy but the unpleasantness of the staff is an ongoing thing. I hope they fix it because it's the only Panera on this side of Ballantyne and the entire experience could be wonderful.
Panera Bread is great. Unfortunately, this particular location is often out of certain breads and other items, though they're new and likely still trying to figure out their inventory. Service is very slow, for both dine in and take out.
They have a very convenient drive-through which can be handy at times, and is certainly quick than going inside. Unfortunately not all that easy to get in or out.
The staff aren’t overly friendly or welcoming. This location has good seating and a nice outdoor seating area. I hate to give it a two star rating but had too many poor experiences here.
Basic Panera with good food. The service was lowkey slow. It took forever to get my meal out. My meal was checked by “top g” though hahaha”
They're bagels are surprisingly good. The cinnamon crunch bagel is a favorite. Great sandwiches as well. I highly recommend the tuna salad on sourdough. Always friendly service.
Very amazing place to dine at. A kind young man Alex Farino had greeted me and my friends, and had served us our order. Will be sure to come back again, very kind people.
Panera Bread is an absolute delight and a go-to spot for me whenever I crave a satisfying meal. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
The menu at Panera Bread offers an impressive selection of freshly baked bread, wholesome soups, crisp salads, and delectable sandwiches. Whether you're in the mood for a comforting bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup or a mouthwatering Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich, they have something to please every palate.
One of the things I love most about Panera Bread is their commitment to using high-quality, wholesome ingredients. The flavors are always fresh and vibrant, and you can taste the care that goes into each dish they serve.
Their bakery section is a real treat too. The assortment of freshly baked pastries, bagels, and bread is simply irresistible. I often find myself grabbing a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel or a Blueberry Scone to enjoy with my coffee, and it's the perfect start to any day.
The service at Panera Bread is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any special requests. Whether you're dining in or ordering for takeout, they make the experience seamless and enjoyable.
The free Wi-Fi also makes Panera Bread a great place to work or study, adding an extra layer of convenience to their already fantastic offerings.
Moreover, their commitment to sustainability and community involvement is commendable. I appreciate businesses that take steps to reduce their environmental impact and give back to the community they serve.
Overall, Panera Bread continues to impress me with their delicious food, welcoming ambiance, and outstanding service. It's the kind of place that feels like home, and I can confidently give it five stars. Whether it's for a quick lunch, a leisurely brunch, or just a coffee and pastry stop, Panera Bread is always a delightful choice.
Had a great experience with this location today. I got home with my order and realized that half of a sandwich we had ordered was missing. I called in expecting to be told I would have to come back, due to a meeting I could not.
The girl who answered the phone was extremely friendly, apologetic, and helpful!
She asked me my address and had a full sandwich, 2 sides and 4 cookies DELIVERED to me free of charge.
It is rare to receive such great customer service!
We will be back.
