Super clean dining room, friendly staff and the biggest, freshest Groucho sub I've had in the 30 years I've been eating Groucho's subs (the original location is in Columbia SC). My family enjoyed theirs as well.
The subs could've been a bit warmer, but were so massive and delicious it didn't much matter. The toffee crunch blondie dessert was also first-rate.
Only disappointing part of the meal was the potato salad, which has always been good at other locations but is missing something here, bland and mushy.
We will be back! Don't forget to put the Formula 45 sauce on your sub for the original experience.
Groucho’s 45 sauce: if you know, you know. My wife and I go here weekly and we love it! This location has great service that we always brag about. The manager remembers us and always greets us with a smile behind his grade A ‘stache.
I love their International Dip sandwich but the last two times I’ve gotten it, the bread has been extremely stale. Y’all’s pumpernickel is amazing when it’s fresh..not so much when it’s dry and tough.
Food and service at Groucho's never misses. You won’t regret trying their Formula 45 dressing either. I put that on everythinggg.
Edit (as a response to the owner): You should already know I already have one at home!!! So great to dip hard boiled eggs, veggies, spread in sandwiches, you name it. 100/10.
Food is always great. Mobile ordering makes it very easy, fast, and convenient when getting lunch on a time crunch. Wish there was a location closer to where I live.
My first trip here. I was with a group and while they stayed to eat and socialize, I did a carryout order. The turkey sandwich was very good but I was not given the brownie that I ordered and paid for. The server was nice and friendly.
Service was great. I’ve been to a couple other locations at the food was a little better tasting.
Groucho's owes me NOTHING!!!! Hands down THE BEST crafted sandwiches in CLT. They also have the best Half/Half's and Pickles. Their food hits every time. You will never be disappointed
That club sandwich looked immaculate. I didn’t get it but it looked so good.
The food is always fresh and so quick! We have to stop here when we are on that side of town, even if it’s just to pickup a togo order. Best deli in Charlotte.
