Just went here after a 12 hour night shift. The line was long but they got it moving fast. The lady who took my order was super friendly. And I had a quick conversation with Ron at the window while they made my breakfast burrito. He was so friendly and just made my day! Also my food was AMAZING. #RonDeservesARaise
Love this location. My boyfriend and I go here quite (at one point every week.. oops). The people are always so friendly, and a few of them started to recognize us when we would come in. We even saw one of the employees in Walmart and had a chat with her. The people there are always smiling and eager to get you whatever you need. Chickfila knows how to hire people!
I had a great visit while visiting this remodeled Chick-fil-A, while going through the drive thru I had an explain time and a great laugh with Zachary!
Food order is always correct and hot. Milkshakes so so good. They have the best fast food chicken nuggets. The Polynesian sauce is so good. Update: 5/29/21 This time around I had the fried chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a strawberry milkshake. Everything was good. My wife tried to do curbside pick up through the app like we usual do but at the time we were there they turned it off. The drive through was busy but it didn't take to long to get through it. Hope you fix the curbside pick up issue we really like that feature.
Updated on 11/24/21. No more dine in service. Drive through is pretty quick unless you go at lunchtime, then it is very slow. A nice place to eat a spicy chicken sandwich. A friendly and fast serving staff. A little pricey for what you are getting. Best chicken sandwiches, Mac and cheese, and sweet tea.
Located off the main road but still not hard to find. Fresh food, and smiling faces. I stop by for breakfast pretty often and the drive thru and inside service seems to flow as a cohesive unit. The sweet tea here is horrible if you from the South but of course everything else is amazing.
It's always a pleasure. Although it's always busy, staff provide through efficient services to serve considering the customer time
Drive thru was packed and the kids were overwhelmed but they did a great job and stayed polite and pleasant. Good job.
Great fit for on the run lunch! I recommend the grilled chicken nuggets (12 with a variety of sauce packets) The light Lemonade is delicious.
If you get a meal, the price goes up, so the 2 above options work out perfectly for me
We went through the drive through and were told to wait in the parking lot because our food wasn't ready. After waiting for 15 minutes with no food, we went inside to see if they had forgotten our order. Mr. Kevin, the manager, was extremely apologetic and refunded the cost of our order. He got us our food and even increased the size of our drinks and fries. We were blown away by this incredible customer service, and will be coming back again soon. Thank you Mr. Kevin!
We ate at the new Chick-fil-a in Mooresville. It was crowded but it was new. We got our food in a timely manner and it was hot. I am a big Chic-fil-A fan they are always so clean and the food is always good.
Always in and out. Came during lunch ordered the spicy chicken breakfast. Awesome
